SRI RUKMIN KASIM. Sistem Informasi Perizinan Pengelolaan Tambang Provinsi Gorontalo (di bimbing oleh Tajuddin Abdillah, S.Kom., M.Cs dan Edi Setiawan, S.Kom., M.Kom).
Dinas Penanaman Modal Energi Sumber Daya Mineral dan Transmigrasi (DPMESDMT) Provinsi Gorontalo sebelumnya pernah dibuat Sistem Informasi Potensi tambang yang didalamnya melayani pengurusan WIUP namun sistem tersebut belum melayani pengurusan IUP Eksplorasi dan IUP Operasi Produksi yang menyebabkan proses pengurusan IUP belum maksimal, adapun masalah lainnya saat ini sistem yang digunakan oleh DPMESDMT masih kurang efektif dan efisien, dimana masih membutuhkan SDM yang banyak, waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk melayani perizinan juga sangat banyak, serta masih kurangnya informasi tentang perizinan tambang yang ada di Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi web service untuk meningkatkan integrasi data investor dan data tambang pada sistem informasi perizinan pengelolaan tambang yang dapat mempermudah pengurusan IUP serta penyebaran informasi tentang IUP yang ada di Provinsi Gorontalo. Teknologi web service yang digunakan pada sistem ini yaitu RESTfull API web service. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Prototype untuk metode pengembangan sistem. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengimplementasian teknologi RESTfull API web service yang mampu menampilkan data tambang dan data investor berdasarkan request ke server RESTfull API web service yang di ambil dari Sistem Informasi Potensi Tambang Provinsi Gorontalo. Sistem ini juga memanfaatkan teknologi Google Map API yang berfungsi menampilkan informasi jumlah investor yang sudah mempunyai IUP di lokasi tambang yang ada.

ABSTRACT
SRI RUKMIN KASIM. Information System of Mining Management License, Gorontalo Province (Principal supervisor is Tajuddin Abdillah, S.Kom., M.Cs and Co-supervisor is Edi Setiawan, S.Kom., M.Kom).
An Information System of mining potential has been made at Department of Capital Investment of Mineral Resource Energy and Transmigration of Gorontalo Province. The system services the WIUP management handling, however, the system does not provide management handling for IUP exploration and IUP Production Operation which causes management handling of IUP has not maximal. Other problems are that the system used by DPMESDMT is not effective and efficient. It needs more human resources, time and cost, and information about mining license in Gorontalo Provinces is till lack. This research aims at implementing web service technology to improve investor and mining data integration in mining management license which can facilitate management handling of IUP and information distribution about IUP in Gorontalo Province. Web Service technology used in this system is RESTfull API web service. It applies Prototype method as system development method. Finding of this research shows that the implementation of RESTfull API web service is able to provide data of mining and investor based on request to RESTfull API web service server obtained from Information System of Mining Potential of Gorontalo Province. This system also utilizes Google Map API technology which works to display information about amount of investors that has handed IUP at the available mining location.
