Abstrak

In 2017, amount of children with social problems in Gorontalo Province was 2.595 children. The role of Department of Social Affairs is vital in case of handling the previous case, and its instance is in the form of granting aid. However, the current aid remains missing the target and unequal. Therefore, this research about a system of determining grant recipients at children with social problems is conducted by applying Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) methods. The finding of this research is a system that can determine alternatives for those candidates of social grant recipients with the highest value from the evaluation process.
