Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Dalam menjalankan fungsinya bendahara dan PPTK Di Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo masih mengalami banyak kendala dalam pembuatan kwitansi, spp, dan sptb. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keuangan Berbasis Web Di Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode prototype yang berfokus pada penyajian dari aspek-aspek perangkat lunak yang akan nampak bagi pengguna. Prototype akan dievaluasi oleh pengguna dan dipakai untuk menyaring kebutuhan pengembangan perangkat lunak. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi sistem didapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 80. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan Grade ranking of SUS scores pada tingkat penerimaan pengguna masuk dalam kategori acceptable, grade skala kategori B, Adjektif rating kategori excellent. Maka Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keuangan Berbasis Web Di Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo dapat digunakan dengan mudah oleh pengguna. Merujuk grafik precentile rank of SUS scale berdasarkan hasil penilaian responden sebesar 80 berada pada grade A. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keuangan Berbasis Web Di Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo memiliki kualitas yang baik.

ABSTRACT
In carrying out their duties, the treasure and technical activities executive officer (PPTK) at the Regional Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province still experience many obstacles in making receipts, letter of payment request letter (SPP), and statement of expenditure responsibility (SPTB), The research aims at creating a Web-Based Financial Management Information System at the Regional Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province. Moreover, the system development method used is a prototype method that focuses on the presentation of the software aspects that will be visible to the user. Further, the prototype will be evaluated by the user and is used to filter software development needs. Based on the result of system evaluation, it obtains the average value for 80. The finding reveals that Grade rangking of SUS ( system usability scale ) scores at the acceptance rate of the user included in the acceptable category, scale grade is in category B, and adjective rating is in the excellent category. Thus the Web-Based Financial Management Information System at the Regional Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province can be used easily by the user. Meanwhile, referring to the percentile rank chart of the SUS scale based on the results of the respondent's assessment of 80, it is included in grade A. In conclusion, Web-Based Financial Management Information System at the Regional Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province has good quality.
