Di era komputerisasi seperti ini, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa kemajuan teknologi sangat ini berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Komputerisasi merupakan proses revolusi penggunaan komputer. Komputerisasi adalah proses sistematis di mana sebuah organisasi, industri, perusahaan, individu atau lembaga mana pun menggunakan sistem komputer tertentu dan program perangkat lunak komputer untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Dalam mencatat surat yang masuk atau keluar, Kantor Desa Bulila masih menggunakan teknik manualisasi, yaitu berkas yang dicatat dan disimpan secara manual serta pendataan rekapitulasi data surat masuk dan surat keluar masih dalam buku agenda yang merupakan cara lama dalam pengarsipan surat, sehingga dirasa masih kurang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi Sistem Informasi Layanan Administrasi Surat pada kantor Desa Bulila. Menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) sebagai metode pengembangan sistem dan bahasa pemrograman PHP & database MySQL. Sistem yang dihasilkan berupa pengolahan data surat serta inputan data berupa surat masuk dan surat keluar. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu instansi Kantor Desa Bulila dalam pengelolaan administrasi surat menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan sistem persuratan manualisasi.

In this computerization era, it is undeniable that this technological progression is developing rapidly. Computerization is a process of revolutionizing the use of computers. Computerization is a systematic process by which an organization, industry, company, individual, or institution uses a specific computer system and computer software programs to achieve a specific goal. In recording incoming or outgoing mail, the Bulila Village Office still uses manual techniques, namely, files that are recorded and stored manually. Moreover, the data collection on the recapitulation of incoming and outgoing letters data is still in an agenda book, which is the old way of archiving mail that is less effective and efficient. This research aims to establish a Mail Administration Service Information System application at the Bulila Village office. This research employs Rapid Application Development (RAD) method as system development and the PHP programming language & MySQL database. The system is in the form of mail data processing and data input in the form of incoming and outgoing mails. The results are expected to help the Bulila Village Office manage mail administration more effectively and efficiently than the manual mailing system.
