Abstrak
This research discusses the problems with the services that existed at the Arcstics Cendekia, where the institution still adopting a manual system that often caused several problems such as data storage still used bookkeeping so that data could be lost or damaged, the CEO has difficulty knowing the progress of the consultant���s work, lack of information received by customers regarding services, and the timing of services delivery. The purpose of this research was to build a web-based management information system at Arcstics Cendekia to improve the quality of services, particularly on customer service, to make it easier, faster, and more accurate. The method used in system development was the waterfall method. Data were collection through observation and interviews. This research produced a web-based management information system at Arcstics Cendekia to improve service quality in ordering services by customers, online payment and services reception, viewing customer and consultant data, and easy and quick data transaction. The results showed that the system built met the functional requirements, meaning that the system built can produce the expected information management.
