Abstrak
INTISARI
Gedung Teater Bintang merupakan suatu wadah yang dapat menampung kegiatan untuk memperagakan simulasi susunan bintang dan benda-benda langit sekaligus sebagai sarana wisata pendidikan. Agar perkembangan ilmu antariksa dan astronomi dapat terus ditumbuh kembangkan di Provinsi Gorontalo, maka perlu adanya pemasyarakatan pengetahuan antariksa tidak hanya dikalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa saja. Namun, diseluruh lapisan masyarakat yang ada di Provinsi Gorontalo.
Dalam perencanaan Gedung Teater Bintang ini didesain sesuai dengan karakter bentuk Gedung Teater Bintang pada umumnya yakni atap gedungnya berbentuk kubah setengah lingkaran yang berfungsi sebagai layar proyeksi dalam pertunjukan planetarium. Penentuan lokasi bangunan didasari oleh analisa yang meliputi konsep kenyamanan serta kemudahan akses dari fasilitas pendidikan.

ABSTRACT
Star Theater building is a container that can hold activities to demonstrate the simulation of stars and sky objects as well as a means of education tourism. In order for the development of space science and astronomy can continue in the province of Gorontalo, so there needs towidespead the konowledgeof space science not only among students and students only. However, in all society of life in the province of Gorontalo.
In planning the Star Theater building is designed in accordance with the character of Star Theatre Building shape that is generally dome-shaped roof of the building is a half circle that functions as a projection screen in a planetarium show. The determination ofsite is based on the analysis that includes the concept of comfort and ease of access from the educational facilities.
