INTISARI
Provinsi Gorontalo merupakan salah satu daerah yang memiliki banyak objek wisata yang meliputi pantai dan laut seperti pantai olele, pantai molotabu, pantai botutonuo, pantai leato, pantai bolihutuo. Pantai Olele yang merupakan objek wisata laut yang telah menjadi favorit pengunjung. Pantai olele terletak di desa olele kecamatan kabila bone, kabupaten bone bolango, kurang lebih 20 km dari pusat kota gorontalo. Saat ini, Pantai Olele yang mendapat julukan primadona Pantai Selatan menjadi ikon wisata di pesisir selatan provinsi gorontalo. Objek wisata ini sangatlah cocok untuk para penggemar snorkeling maupun diving. Berdasarkan sejarahnya, Desa Olele dikenal lokasi wilayah pesisir pantai. Warga asli desa olele sebagian besar menekuni sebagai nelayan, pencari ikan di laut. Desa olele sendiri terbentuk tahun 2004. Pantai Olele serta taman lautnya yang merupakan bagian dari garis pantai Teluk Tomini ini. Sejak tahun 2006 telah ditetapkan sebagai kawasan konservasi oleh pemerintah kabupaten bone bolango.
Resort merupakan salah satu kawasan yang di dalamnya terdapat akomodasi dan sarana hiburan sebagai penunjang kegiatan wisata. Wisatawan yang berkunjung cenderung mencari akomodasi arsitektur dan suasana yang khusus dan berbeda dengan resort lainya. Wisatawan pengguna resort cenderung memilih suasana yang nyaman dengan arsitektur yang mendukung tingkat kenyamanan dengan tidak meninggalkan citra yang bernuansa etnik. Sasaran yang ingin dicapai adalah wisatawan yang akan berkunjung, berlibur, bersenang-senang, menikmati pemandangan alam, pantai, gunung dan tempat tempat lainya yang memiliki panorama indah. Adapun pasar dari usaha resort yaitu pasangan (couples), keluarga (families), pasangan yang berbulan madu (honeymoon couples), dan individu (single) (O'Shannessy et al., 2001:7). Beberapa resort yang di kemukakan para ahli memiliki kesamaan maksud dan arti, bahwa resort merupakan suatu tampat yang memiliki keindahan alam yang digunakan untuk rekreasi dan di dalamnya terdapatfasilitas penunjang kegiatan rekreasi tersebut.
Pengembangan konsep bentuk dan pola massa pada tapak memenuhi kreteria: 1) memenuhi tuntutan fungsi bangunan pada tapak, 2) kaidah-kaidah orientasi, dan 3) kaidah-kaidah estetika berupa irama, tekanan, keseimbangan, proporsi dan skala. Sehingganya pada penggunaan pola tata massa menegikuti pola bentuk sirkulasi yang ada untuk menghindari orientasi membingungkan.

Abstract
Gorontalo Province is one of the areas which has a lot of tourist objects that includes of beaches and sea such as olele beach, molotabu beach, botutonuo beach, leato beach, bolihutuo beach. Olele Beach which is a marine tourism object which become a favorite of visitors. The olele beach is located at the village of olele kabila bone district, bone bolango district, it is approximately 20 km from downtown gorontalo. Currently, Olele Beach which earned the nickname of the South Beach prima donna which became a tourist icon on the southern coast of Gorontalo province.This tourist object is perfect for both snorkeling and diving dilettante. Based on its history, the village of Olele is known for its coastal areas. The native olele villagers mostly pursue as fishermen, fish finders in the sea. The olele village itself was formed in 2004. Olele Beach and its marine park are part of this Tomini Bay coastline. Since 2006, it has been designated as a conservation area by bone bolango district government.
Resort is one of the area which there is accommodation and entertainment facilities to support tourism activities. Tourists who tend to look for accommodation architecture and a special atmosphere and different from other resorts. Tourist resort users tend to choose a comfortable atmosphere with an architecture that supports the level of comfort by not leaving the image of ethnic nuances. The targets to be achieved are tourists who will visit, vacation, have fun, enjoy the natural scenery, beaches, mountains and other places that have a beautiful panorama.The markets of resort businesses are couples, families, honeymoon couples, and individuals (single) (O'Shannessy et al., 2001: 7). There are some definition of resort which define by the experts who say that the resort is a place which has a natural beauty that is used for recreation and inside there are the facilities which supporting the recreation activities.
The development of the concept of mass shape and pattern on the site have some criteria: 1) It is fulfill demands of the building function at the site, 2) the orientation rules, and 3) the aesthetic rules of rhythm, pressure, balance, proportion and scale. In addition to the use of mass pattern patterns follow the existing pattern of circulation to avoid the confusing orientation.
