Abstrak
Abstrak-Ketersediaan kedelai yang cenderung rendah, mengharuskan setiap usaha untuk menggunakan bahan baku kedelai melakukan manajemen persediaan bahan baku dengan baik agar proses produksi tidak terhambat dan mengakibatkan tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan konsumen. Persediaan bahan baku yang melebihi kebutuhan akan menimbulkan biaya ekstra atau biaya simpan yang tinggi. Sedangkan jumlah persediaan yang terlalu sedikit malah akan menimbulkan biaya kerugian yaitu terganggunya proses produksi dan juga berakibat hilangnya kesempatan untuk memperoleh keuntungan apabila ternyata permintaan pada kondisi yang sebenarnya melebihi permintaan yang diperkirakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi biaya persediaan bahan baku kedelai seminimal mungkin dengan metode heuristic silver meal, Least Unit Cost, Least Total Cost pada kondisi persediaan bahan baku kedelai yang ada di Home Industry Tahu. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat pengolahan data total biaya persediaan bahan baku kedelai dengan metode yang tepat untuk meminimalkan biaya persediaan bahan baku kedelai pada tiga Home Industry Tahu yaitu Home Industry Tahu Putri Lhiana menggunakan metode Heuristic Silver Meal dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 49.80%, Home Industry Tahu Rina menggunakan metodeLeast Total Cost dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 52.45% dan Home Industry Tahu Sumarni menggunakan metode Least Total Cost dengan niai efisiensi sebesar 47.69 %

Abstract- The low availability of soybean obliges every business actor who uses soybean as ingredients to manage inventory properly so that the production process is not hindered, which causes customer needs to be unfulfilled. The inventory of raw materials that exceed the need will cause cost losses, namely the disruption of the production process, and also result in the loss of opportunities for profit it turns out that the actual demand exceeds the expected demand. This research aimed to determine the cost-efficiency pf soybean raw material inventory to a minimum by comparing the Heuristic Silver Meal, Least Unit Cost, Leasr Total Cost method with the condition of the supply of soybean raw materials at the Tofu Home Industry. The results of this research were obtained from data processing of the total cost of soybean raw material inventory with the right method to minimize the cost of soybean raw materials inventory at three Tofu home Industries, namely Tahu Putri Lhiana using the Heuristic Silver Meal with an efficiency of 49,80%, Tahu Rina using the Least Total Cost method with an efficiency 52,45% and Tahu Sumarni using the least total cost method with an efficiency of 47,69%
