Abstrak

Mila Wahyu Ramadhani 2021. Pengaruh Pembelajaran Online Dan Lingkungan Belajar Terhadap Employability Skill Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Skripsi Jurusan Teknik Industri Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, dibawah bimbingan Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok, MT, IPM dan Hasanuddin, ST., M.Si.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pembelajaran online terhadap employability skill mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo; (2) pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap employability skill mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo; (3) pengaruh antara pembelajaran online dan lingkungan belajar secara simultan terhadap employability skill mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 177 mahasiswa angkatan 2017 Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji multikolinieritas. Uji hipotesis meliputi analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari pembelajaran online terhadap employability skill mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo sebesar 2,8%. (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari lingkungan belajar terhadap employability skill mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo sebesar 35,6%. (3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel pembelajaran online dan lingkungan belajar secara simultan terhadap employability skill mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo sebesar 35,7%.

The research aims to identify: (1) the effect of online learning on students' employability skills at Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo; (2) the effect of learning environment on students' employability skills at Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo; (3) the simultaneous effect of online learning and learning environment on students' employability skills at Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo. The research method used in this study is quantitative correlational research with the samples are 177 students of Class of 2017 at Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo. The analysis prerequisite tests encompass normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests. At the same time, hypothesis testing includes simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The findings depict that: (l) There is a significant effect of online learning on students' employability skills at Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo, with a percentage of 2.8%. (2) there is a significant effect of learning environment on students' employability skills at Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo, with a percentage of 35.6%. (3) there is a significant effect of online learning and learning environment variables simultaneously on students' employability skills at Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo, with a percentage of 35.7%.
