Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Agus Supu “614408006” 2013 Pengaruh Pasokan Bahan Kelapa Terhadap Produksi Tepung Kelapa di PT. Tri Jaya Tangguh Isimu Kabupaten Gorontalo di Bawah Bimbingan Amir Halid dan Amelia Murtisari.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pasokan bahan baku kelapa dan pengaruh ketersediaan bahan baku kelapa terhadap produksi tepung kelapa pada PT. Tri Jaya Tangguh Isimu Kabupaten Gorontalo, Dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai Juni 2013.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang di peroleh dari Perusahaan yang meliputi jumlah pemasok, jumlah pasokan, dan jumlah produksi. Analilis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan Regresi linier sederhana.
Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Selama periode 2010-2012 jumlah pasokan yaitu 62439 ton dengan jumlah rata-rata 5203,25 ton, dan bahwa besarnya korelasi antara jumlah pasokan (X) dengan hasil produksi tepung kelapa (Y) adalah korelasi (r) = 0,83 dan nilai determinasi (r2) = 0,69 jumlah pasokan kelapa sangat berpengaruh pada produksi tepung kelapa yaitu sebesar 69%, sedangkan sisanya adalah 31%. Penyebabnya antara lain banyak pasokan yang rusak dari para petani, pembatasan jumlah produksi, dan cuaca kurang mendukung bagi petani kelapa.

ABSTRACT
Agus Supu "614408006" 2013 Oil Effects on Production Material Supply Coconut Flour in PT. Tri Isimu Tangguh Jaya regency in Gorontalo Down Guidance and Amelia Amir Halid Murtisari.
This study aims to determine the supply of raw materials and the effect of coconut oil on the availability of raw materials in the production of coconut flour PT. Tough Tri Jaya Isimu Gorontalo regency, held on April to June 2013.
The method used in this research is a case study using secondary data obtained from the Company, including the number of suppliers, the amount of supply, and the amount of production. Analilis data used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression.
Results of the analysis showed that the period 2010-2012 the amount of supply that is 62 439 tonnes with an average amount of 5203.25 tons, and that the magnitude of the correlation between the amount of supply (X) with coconut flour yield (Y) is the correlation (r) = 0, 83 and the value of determination (r2) = 0.69 the amount of oil supply is very influential in the production of coconut flour is equal to 69%, while the rest is 31%. The causes include faulty supply many of the farmers, limiting the amount of production, and the weather is less favorable for coconut farmers.
