ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1). Produksi dan penerimaan stick jagung pada saat mengalami titik impas, 2). Mengetahui harga pokok penjualan stick jagung di UKM Qalifa Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UKM Qalifa Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian dilakukan selama tiga bulan yaitu mulai Bulan Maret sampai Mei 2013. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kasus Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis titk impas (Break Even Poin) dan HPP (Harga Pokok Produksi). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kuantitas produksi UKM Qalifa pada saat titik impas adalah sebesar 8,68 atau 9 bungkus. Biaya penerimaan UKM Qalifa pada saat titik impas adalah Rp 860.094. Harga pokok penjualan UKM Qalifa adalah Rp 5.966,62/bungkus.

ABSTRACK
The purpose of this study was to determine: 1). Maize production and reception stick at brea keven experience, 2). Knowing the cost of goods sold corn stick in SMEs Qalifa Gorontalo city. The research was carried out in SMEs Qalifa Gorontalo city. The study was conducted over three months, ie from March to May 2013. Research methods using case study data analysis technique used is titk breakeven analysis (Break Even Point) and COGS (Cost of Production). The results showed that the quantity of production SMEs Qalifa at the breakeven point is at 8.68 or 9 packs. SME revenue costs Qalifa when breakeven is USD 860 094.
