Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Nurhayati Alhasni, 414 409 023. 2013. Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Durian di Desa Sigaso Kecamatan Atinggola Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Dibawah bimbingan Supriyo Imran dan Ria Indriani.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Struktur biaya usahatani durian dari tahun tanam sampai dengan tahun panen di Desa Sigaso Kecamatan Atinggola Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara, 2) Pendapatan usahatani durian pada tahun panen pertama, kedua, ketiga, keempat, dan kelima di Desa Sigaso Kecamatan Atinggola Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sigaso Kecamatan Atinggola Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara dari bulan Mei sampai Juni 2013. Metode yang digunakan metode survey yaitu merupakan pengumpulan data empiris berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi. Teknik penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu sejumlah 24 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis biaya usahatani, analisis pendapatan, biaya penyusutan alat, dan biaya tenaga kerja.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa struktur biaya usahatani durian di Desa Sigaso Kecamatan Atinggola Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara meliputi biaya tetap dengan total biaya tetap rata-rata senilai Rp 242.611,40 dan biaya variabel dengan total biaya variabel rata-rata senilai Rp 44.783,27. Pendapatan yang diperoleh pada usahatani durian di Desa Sigaso Kecamatan Atinggola Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara yaitu rata-rata senilai Rp 2.232.369,00.

This study aims to determine: 1) The cost structure of the durian farming planting until harvest in the Village District Sigaso Atinggola North Gorontalo District, 2) durian farm income in the first harvest, second, third, fourth, and fifth in the Village District Sigaso Atinggola North Gorontalo regency.
The research was conducted in the Village District Sigaso Atinggola North Gorontalo Regency from May to June 2013. The method used survey method that is based on empirical data collection interviews and observations. Sampling technique is done by using a sample of 24 respondents ie saturated. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using analysis of farming costs, revenue analysis, equipment depreciation costs, and labor costs.
The results showed that the cost structure of the durian farm in the Village District Sigaso Atinggola North Gorontalo district covers fixed costs to total average fixed cost Rp 194,995.00 and the total variable cost the average variable cost of Rp 44783.268. Income earned on durian farm in the village of District Sigaso Atinggola North Gorontalo regency is the average value of Rp 2,231,733.00.
