ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was 1) Knowing the factors that affect the transfer of wetland function against income of farmers in the village of Bongo III, District Wonosari, the district Boalemo, 2) analyze the impact of conversion of paddy fields to the income of farmers in the village of Bongo III, District Wonosari, District Boalemo. The study was conducted in May-July 2014.
The method used was a survey method which is the collection of empirical data based on interviews and observations. Selection and sampling used saturated sample (census sampling) that the entire population of farmers whose land in the village convertion Bongo III, District Wonosari, the district was selected as sample that as many as 20 people who convertion land. The analysis technique used is the linear regression analysis.
The results showed that the impact of land conversion factor of the cost of education (X1), land ownership (X2), the price of land (X3), the government's role in land use (X4), the role of the village government (X5), solutions to problems (X6), an effect positive and significant effect on the income of farmers.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi alih fungsi lahan sawah tehadap pendapatan petani di Desa Bongo III, Kecamatan Wonosari, Kabupaten Boalemo, 2) Menganalisis dampak alih fungsi lahan sawah terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Bongo III, Kecamatan Wonosari, Kabupaten Boalemo. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei - Juli Tahun 2014.
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey yang merupakan pengumpulan data empirik berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi. Pemilihan dan penarikan sampel digunakan secara sampel jenuh (Sensus sampling) yaitu seluruh populasi petani yang mengalih fungsikan lahan di Desa Bongo III, Kecamatan Wonosari, Kabupaten Boalemo menjadi sampel penelitian yakni sebanyak 20 orang yang mengalih fungsikan lahan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak alih fungsi lahan yaitu faktor biaya pendidikan (X1), kepemilikan lahan (X2), harga lahan (X3), peran pemerintah dalam peruntukan lahan (X4), peran pemerintah desa (X5), solusi permasalahan (X6), berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap pendapatan petani.
