THROUGH GADUHAN PATTERN AT MANUNGGAL KARYA VILLAGE

ABSTRACT
The research aimed at investigating the financial fesability of Bali Cattle Business through Gaduhan pattern at Manunggal Karya village, Subdistrict of Randangan,District of Pohuwato. The research was conducted by using survey method. The data used in this research were primary and secondary data then analyzed through BCR, NPV, and IRR.
The result show that the profit received by "penggaduh" (a person who work on the farm with a profit-sharing system) by implementing Bali Cattle Business system through Gaduhan Pattern in the third year of 4 years was around Rp 288.854/individuu/month to Rp 425.187/individu/month. The profit received the 4 year is around Rp 216.354/individu/month to Rp 349.062/individu/month. The profit in thrid year of 5 years is around Rp 476.146/individu/month to Rp 723.021/individu/month. The profit in the fourth year of 5 years is around Rp 399.062/individu/month to Rp 726.146/individu/month. The profit in the fifth year of 5 years is around Rp 390.729/individu/month to Rp 726.146/individu/month. In 4 years periode, the value of BCR is 1,091, value of NPV with discount rate 5% is Rp 360.321 and the value of IRR is higher than dicount factor that is 85,453. In 5 years periode, the value of BCR is higher than 1,098, value of NPV with discount rate 20% is Rp 507.432 and the value of IRR is higher than dicount factor that is 217,24.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial usaha ternak Sapi Bali melalui Pola Gaduhan di Desa Manunggal Karya Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode survey. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis BCR, NPV dan IRR.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan penggaduh dengan sistem usaha ternak Sapi Bali melalui Pola Gaduhan pada tahun ketiga selama 4 tahun sebesar Rp 288.854/orang/bulan sampai Rp 452.187/orang/bulan. Keuntungan penggaduh pada tahun keempat selama 4 tahun sebesar Rp 216.354/orang/bulan sampai Rp 349.062/orang/bulan. Keuntungan penggaduh pada tahun ketiga selama 5 tahun sebesar Rp 476.146/orang/bulan sampai Rp 723.021/orang/bulan. Keuntungan penggaduh pada tahun keempat selama 5 tahun sebesar Rp 399.062/orang/bulan sampai Rp 726.146/orang/bulan. Keuntungan penggaduh pada tahun kelima selama 5 tahun sebesar Rp 390.729/orang/bulan sampai Rp 726.146/orang/bulan. Pada periode 4 tahun diperoleh nilai BCR 1,091, nilai NPV dengan discount rate 5% sebesar Rp 360.321 dan nilai IRR lebih besar dari discount factor yaitu sebesar 85,453. Pada periode 5 tahun diperoleh nilai BCR lebih besar dari 1 yaitu 1,098, nilai NPV dengan discount rate 20% sebesar Rp 507,432 dan nilai IRR lebih besar dari discount factor yaitu sebesar 217,24.
