Abstrak

JEFRI DJAFAR, 621411021. Penambahan Dedak Jagung Fermentasi Dalam Ransum Terhadap Performance Ayam Broiler. Dibimbing oleh Sri Suryaningsih Djunu, dan Ellen J. Saleh.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi dan efisiensi ransum ayam broiler yang menggunakan dedak jagung fermentasi, penelitian ini di laksanakan pada bulan januari sampai bulan maret di desa bandungan kecamatan bulango utara kabupaten bone bolango.rancangan di gunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan menggunakan 5 perlakuan 4 ulangan, sehingga di peroleh 20 unit percobaan. Penelitian in menggunaka 100 ekor ayam broiler dan di beri perlakuan (dedak jagung fermentasi dalam ransum dengan pemberian 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%). Air minum di berikan secara adlibitum. Ada 20 unit kandang percobaan yang masing-masing di isi dengan 5 ekor ayam broiler. Variabel yang di amati adalah konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi ranasum dan efisiensi ransum. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai konsumsi ransum meningkat dari P1, sampai P4 di bandingkan degan control lebih tinggi. Pertambahan bobot badan linier meningkat dari P1-P4 lebih tinggi di bandingkan kontrol. Anka konversi ransum rendah dari P1-P4 kecuali kontrol. Efisiensi ransum lebih kecil dari P2 dan P4 sedangkan P1, P3 lebih tinggi.

The objecvtive of this study was to determine the ration consumption, body weight gain, convertion and efficiency of ration that using fermentation of corn bran. This study was conducted on January until March 2016 in Bandungan Villlage, East Bulango District, Bone Bolango Regency. The method used was a complete randomise design with using 5 treatmens and 4 replications that was obtained 20 units treatment. This study using 100 heads of broiler and conducted level of fermentation corn bran that were 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%. Drink water conducted adlibitum. There are 20 stables of treatment that each filled 5 broilers. Variable measured were consumption of ration, body weight gain, convertion and efficiency of ration. The result of this study showed that values of consumption ration increased from P1 to P4 and they were height than control. The body weight gain increased linierly from P1 to P4 and it was highest than control. Number of ration convertion was lower in treatment except control. Ration efficiency was lower in P2 and P4, bat highest in P1 and P3.
