Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tampilan fenotip dan ukuran tubuh kelelawar (acerodon selebensis) di desa Olibu, Kecamatan Paguyaman Pantai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Paguyaman Pantai di Kabupaten Bualemo Desa Olibu terhadap tampilan fenotip dan ukuran tubuh pada kelelawar (acerodon selebensis) yang dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai oktober 2017. Materi penelitian yang dijadikan sampel untuk pengamatan hasil tampilan fenotip dan ukuran tubuh kelelawar (acerodon selebensis) di desa Olibu sebanyak 50 ekor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei lapangan ketempat perburuan kelelawar di desa OLibu. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengamatan fenotip secara kuantitatif pada kelelawar (acerodon selebensis) meliputi ukuran-ukuran tubuh dan berat badan, hal ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui gambaran sifat kuantitatif kelelawar (acerodon selebensis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik nilai koefisien keragaman ukuran-ukuran linear organ tubuh pada kelelawar (acerodon selebensis) sebagian besar memiliki nilai koefisien keseragaman dibawah 10%, hal ini menunjukan ukuran-ukuran tubuh pada kelelawar yang kecil sudah hampir seragam, kecuali bobot badan yang memiliki nilai koefisien keseragaman lebih dari 10%. Sedangkan hasil pengamatan fenotip secara kualitatif, sifat kualitatif warna rambut (bulu) pada kelelawar (acerodon selebensis) jantan dan betina secara umum menunjukan warna yang seragam pada bagian tubuhnya. Persentase frekuensi relatif warna rambut (bulu) menunjukan persentase yang sama yaitu 100%.

The research aims to investigate phenotype appearance and body size of a bat (Acerodon Selebensis) in Olibu village, Paguyaman sub-district. The research was conducted in Olibu Village, Paguyaman Pantai sub-district in Bualemo district starting from September to October 2017. Research samples are 50 bats (Acerodon Selebensis) the research appiles field survey method to hunting spot in Olibu Village. Analysis method uses a descriptive method to analyze The collected data. Research finding reveals that based on observation of phenotype, the bat (Acerodon Selebensis) quantitatively,encompasses body sizes and weight as it is intended to know the description of a bat (Acerodon Selebensis) quantitative nature, then, based on the result of statistical analysis, mostly value of diversity coefficient for body organ liniear size of a bat (Acerodon Selebensis) has uniformity coefficient value for under 10% and this indicates that body size of small bat is nearly uniform, except weight that contains uniformity coefficient value for above 10%. Meanwhile qualitatively, the results of phenotype observation ecompases qualitative of fur at both male and female of a bat (Acerodon Selebensis) shows uniform color in general. percentage of the relative frequency of fur shows the same percentage for 100%.
