Abstrak
ABSTRAK
ASRI WIDYANINGSIH. 2016. Analisis Profit Usaha Ternak Sapi Potong di Kecamatan Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Dibimbing oleh Fahria Datau dan Safriyanto Dako.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keuntungan yang diperoleh peternak dalam usaha ternak Sapi Potong di Kecamatan Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tibawa, Kabupaten Gorontalo, pada bulan September sampai Oktober 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekuder. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 89 responden. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis R/C Ratio. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan Rata-rata biaya produksi peternak sapi potong Rp 6.544,110, penerimaan peternak sapi potong setiap tahunya adalah sebesar Rp 8.854.335 per ekor, sedangkan rata-rata keuntungan setiap tahunnya yang diperoleh peternak pada usaha ternak sapi potong yang dimiliki adalah sebesar Rp 3.574.910 atau Rp 211.722 per bulan. Hasil analisis R/C Ratio menunjukan bahwa usaha sapi potong layak untuk diusahakan dengan nilai sebesar 1,35.

The aim of this study was to know the farmers'profit in beef cattle livestock business in Tibawa Subdistrict Gorontalo Regency. This study was conducted in Tibawa Subdistrict Gorontalo Regency on Septemberl until October 2016. The method of this study was survey by data collecting consisted of primary and secondary data. The sample were 89 respondents. Data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and R/C Ration analysis. The result of this study indicates that production cost of the beef cattle livestock business is Rp. 5.282.505 per cow per year, income is Rp. 3.685.611 per cow per year and Rp. 6.544,110, the income is Rp. 8.854.335 per cow per year. While the profit is Rp 3.574.910 or Rp 211.722 per month for each year on average. It is also indicates that beef cattle livestock business is proper to be efforted with R/C ratio value is 1,35.
