Sriwahyuni Mokoagow. Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar Dan Disiplin Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 5 Kecamatan Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo. Tesis Program Studi S2 Pendidikan Dasar, Program Pasca Sarajana, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, di bawah bimbingan Dr. Rosman Ilato, M.Pd dan Dr. Rusmin Husain, M.Pd.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh motivasi belajar dan Disiplin Belajar Terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 5 Kecamatan Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer melalui penyebaran angket penelitian dan hasil UTS siswa. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang sehingga penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif dengan analisi data regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 5 Kecamatan Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan nilai koefiisen determinasi sebesar 31,40%. (2) Disiplin belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 5 Kecamatan Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan nilai koefiisen determinasi sebesar 30,70%. (3) Motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 5 Kecamatan Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 62,10% variabilitas hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 5 Kecamatan Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo dapat dijelaskan oleh motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,90% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti faktor internal siswa seperti kemampuan (kecerdasan), kepribadian siswa, bakat siswa, dan minat belajar siswa serta faktor eksternal yakni keterampilan mengajar guru, motivasi orang tua, lingkungan sekolah, model pembelajaran dan kerja sama sekolah dengan orang tua siswa.

The Influence of Learning Motivation and Learning Discipline on Student Learning Outcomes in Class IV Social Studies Subjects in Elementary School 5, Tilango District, Gorontalo District. This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and learning discipline on student learning outcomes in the fourth grade social studies subject in Elementary School 5, Tilango District, Gorontalo District, either partially or simultaneously. The data in this study are primary data through the distribution of research questionnaires and student UTS results. The population in this study was 30 people, so this research is a population study. The approach in this research is quantitative with multiple regression data analysis.
The results of this study indicate that (1) learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in the fourth grade social studies subject at Elementary School 5, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency with a determination coefficient value of 31.40%. (2) Discipline of learning has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in the fourth grade social studies subject at Elementary School 5, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency with a determination coefficient value of 30.70%. (3) The learning motivation and learning discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in the fourth grade social studies subject in Elementary School 5, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency with a coefficient of determination of 62.10% variability of student learning outcomes in social studies subjects. Class IV in SD Negeri 5, Tilango District, Gorontalo District can be explained by learning motivation and learning discipline while the remaining 37.90% is explained by other variables not examined in this study such as internal factors such as ability (intelligence), student personality, talent. students, and students' interest in learning as well as external factors, namely teacher teaching skills, parent motivation, school environment, learning models and school cooperation with parents of students.
