Tetriko Talibo, (2022). Hubungan E-Leadership dan Kemampuan Penerapan Inovasi Teknologi Digital Dengan Kinerja Guru Dalam Pembelajaran Daring SMP Negeri Di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Tesis. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Leadership terhadap kinerja guru; (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan penerapan inovasi teknologi digital terhadap kinerja guru; dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-leadership dan kemampuan penerapan inovasi teknologi digital secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sekolah tingkat SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, analisis data statistik serta interpretasi data statistik. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sekolah SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara sebanyak 278 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 74 responden terdiri dari : Laki-Laki 23 orang dan Perempuan 51 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data : Kuisioner (angket) dan dokumentasi.. Teknik analisis data : Pengujian Normalitas Data; Analisis Persamaan Regresi; Uji Linearitas; Analisis Korelasi Parsial; Analisis Korelasi Simultan;
Hasil Penelitian : (1) Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien pada hitungan dan tabel di atas menunjukkan besarnya koefisien kurva tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa thitung = 0,856 berada diluar penerimaan Ho artinya terdapat hubungan antar e-leadership dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran daring di SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. (2) Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien pada hitungan dan tabel di atas menunjukkan besarnya koefisien dalam kurva tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa thitung = 0,893 berada diluar penerimaan Ho artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan penerapan inovasi teknologi digital (X2) dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran daring (Y); (3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien pada hitungan di atas menunjukkan besarnya koefisien kurva tersebut dapat dilihat pada nila thitung = 0,903 berada diluar penerimaan Ho artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antar e-leadership (X1) dan kemampuan penerapan inovasi teknologi digital (X2) dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran daring (Y).

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of E-Leadership on teacher performance; (2) To determine the effect of the ability to apply digital technology innovation on teacher performance; and to find out the effect of e-leadership and the ability to apply digital technology innovation together to influence the performance of public junior high school teachers in Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency.
This research is a research with quantitative approach, statistical data analysis and statistical data interpretation. The target population in this study were 278 public junior high school teachers in Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The sample in this study were 74 respondents consisting of : 23 male and 51 female. Data collection techniques: Questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation. Data analysis techniques: Data Normality Testing; Regression Equation Analysis; Linearity Test; Partial Correlation Analysis; Simultaneous Correlation Analysis;
Research Results: (1) Based on the results of the analysis of the coefficients in the count and the table above shows the magnitude of the coefficient of the curve, it can be seen that tcount = 0.856 is outside the acceptance of Ho, meaning that there is a relationship between e-leadership and teacher performance in online learning at State Junior High Schools in Bolaang Regency. North Mongondow. (2) Based on the results of the coefficient analysis in the count and the table above shows the magnitude of the coefficient in the curve, it can be seen that t-count = 0.893 is outside the acceptance of Ho, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the ability to apply digital technology innovation (X2) and teacher performance in online learning (Y); (3) Based on the results of the analysis of the coefficients in the calculation above, the magnitude of the coefficient of the curve can be seen in the value of t-count = 0.903 which is outside the acceptance of Ho, meaning that there is a significant relationship between e-leadership (X1) and the ability to apply digital technology innovation (X2) with performance. teacher in online learning (Y).
