Abstrak
CITRON S. PAYU. 2022. Developing Intersistatis (Critical Questions-Based Inquiry Learning Model or Inkuiri Terbimbing Berbasis Pertanyaan Kritis) Learning Model to Improve Critical Thinking on the Concept of Temperatur and Heat. Study Program of Natural Sciences Education. Principal Promoter: Prof. Dr. Mursalin, M.Si. Co- Promoter I: Prof. Dr. Nurhayati Abbas, M.Pd. Co-Promoter II: Dr. Masri Kudrat Umar, M.pd. This research is carried out at SMPN 1 Batudaa, SMPN 2 Batudaa, and SMP Muhammadiyah Batudaa in Grade VII. The research aims to develop and produce a valid, practical, and effective quality Intersistatis learning model to improve students������ critical thinking skills. The development method used is Research and Development with a 4D (Four-D) development model, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. The data collection method are observation and questionnaires. At the same time, the instruments used are model validation sheets, learning set validation sheets, implementation observation sheets, student and teacher response questionnaires, student activity observation sheets, and critical thinking skills test. Furthermore, the data analysis applies quantitative differential data analysis using t-test. The research findings depict that: 1) the validation of the Intersistatis learning model is declared valid so that it is feasible to use, 2) the Intesistatis learning model is declared practical based on the analysis result of the implementation which is categorized as good and very good and the positive response given by the students and teacher models, 3) the Intersistatis learning model is declared effective to be implemented based on the analysis result of student activities that are included in the active and very active categories. In addition, this can be observable from the analysis result of critical thinking skills that have increased from the pretest to posttest with the effectiveness analysis of high N-gain ( ����¥ 0,7), and it has significant differences based on the result of the t-test (tcount > ttable). Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the development of a learning model using the Four-D development model resulted in a valid, practical, and effective Intersistatis learning model to improve student������s critical thinking skills.
