Merupakan jenis penelitian observasional bersifat deskripsi dengan rancangan deskriptif kuantitatif tujuannya untuk melihat gambaran pelaksanaan Klinik Sanitasi dengan kejadian Penyakit ISPA. Untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik rumah penderita setelah adanya kegiatan klinik sanitasi. Menggunakan total sampling yang merupakan jumlah populasi sebanyak 76 penderita ISPA yang datang berobat di Puskesmas. Data diperoleh di analisis secara univariat dengan menggambarkan masing-masing variable dengan persentase pada variable yang diteliti.
Hasil penelitian wilayah kerja puskesmas Buhu dengan adanya pelaksanaan klinik sanitasi dari 76 responden terdapat 44.7% rumah responden tipe semi permanen, luas ventilasi yang memenuhi syarat kesehatan 67.8%, kamarisasi yang tidak memenuhi syarat kesehatan sebanyak 55.3% rumah dari jumlah responden yang melaksanakan saran petugas sanitasi, 59.2% rumah kepadatan hunian yang tidak memenuhi syarat kesehatan setelah melaksanakan saran dari petugas sanitasi.
Disarankan kepada masyarakat memperhatikan kondisi rumah serta lingkungannya, melakukan perbaikan kondisi rumah agar memenuhi syarat kesehatan. Untuk petugas sanitarian dapat meningkatkan kunjungan lapangan, dalam upaya menurunkan angka kejadian penyakit berbasis lingkungan

This research is descriptive research which aims to investigate the descriptive implementation of sanitation clinic of ISPA disease case. This research wants to investigate the condition of ISPA’s Sufferer’s house physically after sanitation clinic activity. The total samplings of this research are 76 ISPA’s Sufferers who visit the local government clinic. The data that has been collected and analyzed by using univariat analysis by describing each variable use presentation on variable that has been observed.
The result of research of work field in Buhu local government clinic, by implementation of sanitation clinic of 76 respondents, there are 44.7% respondent’s house with semi permanent type, total numbers ventilation which have health condition are about 67.8%, Bedrooms which not fulfill the health condition are 55.3% houses of total number respondents who follow the sanitation functionary’s suggestion. There 59.2% of solid residences which are not fulfilling the health condition after following the suggestion of sanitation functionary.
This research suggests the society to pay attention to the condition of house and environment, repair the condition of house to fulfill the health condition. For the sanitation functionaries to increase the visit in sphere for decreasing the total number of disease based on environment.
