Rahmatia Isa 2018. Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Rendahnya Capaian ASI Ekslusif pada Bayi Usia 0-6 Bulan di Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Capaian pemberian ASI Ekslusif Kabupaten Bone Bolango masih sangat rendah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab rendahnya capaian ASI Ekslusif pada bayi. Rumusan masalah adalah apakah terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan kepercayaan dengan pemberian ASI Ekslusif.
Penelitian berjenis survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Variabel bebas pengetahuan, sikap dan kepercayaan ibu, variabel terikat pemberian ASI ekslusif. Sampel sebanyak 67 orang dari populasi ibu bayi umur 6 bulan sebanyak 314 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, analisis data menggunakan uji chi square.
Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa ibu berumur 20-35 tahun (73,1%), berpendidikan dasar (50,7%), tidak bekerja (67,2%) serta bertempat tinggal di Suwawa Tengah (25,4%). Analisis chi square menunjukkan pengetahuan (nilai 2 hitung = 8,906 dan nilai = 0,012), Sikap ibu (2 hitung = 5,477 dan nilai = 0,019) dan kepercayaan (nilai 2 hitung = 16,060 dan nilai = 0,000.). Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan kepercayaan dengan pemberian ASI ekslusif pada bayi di Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Disarankan kiranya dilaksanakan intensifikasi peran promosi kesehatan mengenai ASI ekslusif, sehingga pengetahuan ibu dapat meningkat. Peneliti lain dapat melanjutkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabel-variabel lain yang berhubungan dengan pemberian ASI ekslusif pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan

Achievement of giving exclusive breastfeeding in District of Bone Bolango is remained very low. This research aims to investigate foctor causing low exclusive breastfeeding achievement at baby. Problem statement of research is that whether or not there is correlation between knowledge, attitude and trust with Exclusive Breastfeeding.
This is an analytical survey research with cross sectional approach. The independent variabels are knowledge, attitude and trust of mother while the dependent variabel is giving exclusive breastfeeding. Research population is 314 mothers who have babies aged 6 month while its samples are 67 people determined by applying purposive sampling. Chi square test is applied for analyzing data.
Research findings have shown following thing namely mothers' age is renged 20 to 35 years (73,1%), primary education backround (50,7%), unemployment (67,2%) and lived in Suwawa tengah (25,4%). Analysis of chi square shows that knowledge (value of 2 count is 8,906 and value of is 0,019) and trust (value of 2 is 16,060 and value of is 0,000). There is correlation between level of knowledge, attitude and trust with exclusive breastfeeding at babies in District of Bone Bolango. As suggestion, intensification of health promotion role on exclusive breastfeeding should be done to improve mothers' knowledge. In addition, other researchers can continue this research by applying other variables related to exclusive breastfeeding at babies aged 0 to months.
