Abstrak

Analisis konsumsi karbohidrat, protein, lemak dan hubungannya dengan status gizi pada anak usia sekolah dasar (Studi penelitian di SDN 48 Hulonthalagi, Kota Gorontalo). Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I, Dr. Sunarto Kadir, Drs., M.Kes. Pembimbing II dr. Sri Manovita Pateda, M.Kes.
Penilaian status gizi dibagi menjadi 2 yakni secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Rumusan masalah adalah apakah konsumsi karbohidrat, protein, lemak ada hubungan dengan status gizi pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis konsumsi karbohidrat, protein, lemak dan hubungannya dengan status gizi pada siswa sekolah dasar.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitaif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi 204 orang, dengan sampel 119 orang, diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel terdaftar sebagai siswa di SDN 48 Hulontalangi, Kota Gorontalo dan sudah dapat membaca.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat hubungan antara konsumsi karbohidrat, protein, lemak dengan status gizi pada anak usia sekolah dasar, berdasarkan hasil uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p-value konsumsi karbohidrat 0,004, konsumsi protein 0,000, dan konsumsi lemak 0,001. Nilai p-value < 0,05
Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan zat gizi yang lebih banyak di konsumsi adalah protein. Status gizi baik ada sebanyak 95 orang (79,8%) dan status gizi lebih dan obesitas 24 orang (20,2%), dan tidak ada anak yang berstatus gizi kurang. Terdapat hubungan antara konsumsi karbohidrat, protein, lemak dengan status gizi anak usia sekolah dasar. Diharapkan pihak sekolah dapat memberikan pengetahuan gizi dasar pada siswa, dan bagi peneliti berkutnya dapat menggunakan pengukuran status gizi lainnya selain anthropometri.

The measurement of nutrient status is divided into 2;
directly and indirectly. The problem statement of research was is
there any correlation between carbohydrate, protein, and fat
consumption with elementary school children nutrient status. The
research aimed at analyzing the correlation between carbohydrate,
protein, and fat consumption with elemntary school children
nutrient status.
This research was an quantitative descriptive through crosssectional
approach. The population were 204 people and the
samples were 119 people gained through purposive sampling
technique with the samples criteria was that those who were
registered as students of SDN 48 Hulonthalangi, Gorontalo city
and able to read.
Based on the research result, it showed that there was
correlation between carbohydrate, protein, and fat consumption
with elemntary school children nutrient status. Based on chisquare
test, it gained p-value of carbohydrate consumption was
0,004, protein consumption was 0,000, and fat consumption was
0,001. The p-value was less that 0,05.
Based on the research resulr, it can be concluded
that the most consumption nutrient was protein. Childrenw with a
good nutrient status were 95 children (79,8%), children who had
high nutrient status and experienced obseity were 24 children (20,2%). However, there was no children with lack nutrient status. There was correlation between correlation between carbohydrate, protein, and fat consumption with elemntary school children nutrient status. It is expected that the school can give basic knowledge about nutrient and for further researcher, it can use nutrient status measurement besides anthropometri.
