Abstrak

MUSTIKA SAFRI USMAN, 2020. Gambaran Implementasi Kebijakan Pembelajaran Mulok Ilmu Gizi Berbasis Makanan Tradisional di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Provinsi Gorontalo telah melaksanakan suatu kebijakan dalam rangka pelestarian dan pengembangan budaya makanan tradisional dengan menerbitkan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo Nomor 3 Tahun 2015 sebagai payung hukum implementasi Pembelajaran Ilmu Gizi Berbasis Makanan Khas Daerah Gorontalo.
Rumusan masalah adalah bagaimana gambaran implementasi kebijakan pembelajaran mulok ilmu gizi berbasis makanan tradisional di Kabupaten Gorontalo?.
Jenis Penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif, variabel penelitian adalah implementasi kebijakan pembelajaran mulok ilmu gizi berbasis makanan tradisional di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Informan terdiri dari informan kunci yaitu Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Nasional Kabupaten Gorontalo serta informan biasa yaitu guru di 6 SD, 6 SMP dan 5 SMA Kabupaten Gorontalo. Pengumpulan data berupa matriks penelitian yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan content analysis.
Hasil Penelitian pelaksanaan kebijakan Perda Provinsi Gorontalo Nomor 3 Tahun 2015 telah disosialisasikan dan diimplementasikan saat masih diterapkannya kurikulum KTSP. Saat diberlakukannya kurikulum 13, sebagian sekolah sudah tidak lagi menerapkan kebijakan tersebut. Sebagian sekolah masih menerapkannya sebagai bagian terintegrasi pada mata pelajaran prakarya sebagai bentuk pelestarian kearifan lokal budaya gorontalo dalam bentuk makanan. Faktor pendukung adalah sumber daya alam yang berlimpah, faktor penghambat adalah kurikulum 13, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana serta tidak adanya guru dengan basic ilmu relevan.
Saran bagi pemerintah dapat melakukan kebijakan sehingga ilmu gizi berbasis makanan tradisional dapat terakomodir dan menyesuaikan dengan kurikulum 13.

Gorontalo Province has iimplemented a policy in terms of cultural preservation and development of traditional food by issuing Regional Regulation of Gorontalo Province No.03 of 2015 as legal standing for the implementation of Traditional Food ���"Based Science of Nutrition as Local Content Learning.
Problem statement in this research was how is the description of the implementation of traditional food-based science of nutrition as a local content learning policy in Gorontalo Distrct?
The research type was qualitative descrptive, which contained a research variable of implementation of traditional food-based science of nutrition as local content learning policy in Gorontalo District. The Informants comprised key informant namely Head of National Education Agency of Gorontalo Province and additional informants, namely teachers in 6 SD (Elementary School ), 6 SMP ( Junior High School), and 5 SMA (Senior High School) in Gorontalo District. The data were matrix research , which were analyzed by applying content analysis.
The research finding revealed that the policy in Regional Regulation of Gorontalo Province No.03 of 2015 had been socialized and implemented since the application of the KTSP curriculum. After the application of the 2013 curriculum. Some schools did not apply the policy anymore, while some others remained to apply it as an integrated part in craft subject and as part of Gorontalo cultural preservation and development of traditional food. The supporting factor was abundant natural resources, while the inhibiting factors were the 2013 curriculum, lack of fscility and infrastructure, and absence of teacher with relevant educational background.
The government is recommended to apply the policy so that traditional food-based science of nutrition can be accommodated and adapt to the 2013 curriculum.
