RIVALDI LODJO, 2019. Pengaruh Model Angkat Angkut Manual Terhadap
Keluhan Sistem Musculoskeletal (Otot Rangka) Pada Buruh Di Gudang Bulog
Gorontalo. Pembimbing I Ibu Dr. Hj. Lintje Boekosoe, Dra., M.Kes dan
Pembimbing II Bapak Sirajuddien Bialangi, S.KM, M.Kes.
Dari sekian banyak penyakit akibat kerja, Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs)
merupakan keluhan yang paling sering dilaporkan. Hasil Riskesda 2013 Prov
Gorontalo menunjukkan bahwa penyakit Sistem Musculoskeletal, berdasarkan
diagnosis tenaga kesehatan dan gejala 10,4%-17,7% dan terjadi pada penduduk
berumur 65-74 tahun. Kemudian berdasarkan pekerjaan paling banyak terjadi pada
petani, nelayan, dan buruh. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk
mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh model angkat angkut manual terhadap keluhan
sistem musculoskletal pada buruh di gudang bulog Gorontalo. Tujuan dari penelitian
adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model angkat angkut manual terhadap keluhan
sistem musculoskeletal pada buruh di gudang Bulog Gorontalo.
Penelitian berjenis observasional Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional
Study. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dari Populasi seluruh
buruh yang ada digudang Bulog Gorontalo yang berjumlah 42 orang. Analisis data
menggunakan uji Statistik Exact Fisher Test (�± 0,05).
Hasil Penelitian Pada buruh digudang Bulog Gorontalo Terdapat pengaruh
yang signifikan dengan nilai Exact Fisher Test antara berat beban �� 0,031, frekuensi
angkat �� 0,036, cara angkat angkut �� 0,024, dan lama waktu kerja �� 0,017, terhadap
keluhan sistem musculoskeletal. Disarakan bagi buruh hendaknya tidak memaksakan
diri untuk mengangkat beban yang berat melebihi batas kemampuannya, dan
hendaknya menyediakan waktu untuk beristirahat di sela-sela jam kerja sehingga
pekerjaan monoton yang dikerjakan tidak berdampak pada penurunan produktifitas
pekerja.

Of the many occupational diseases, Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are
the most frequently reported complaints. The results of the Gorontalo Province 2013
Riskesda showed that Musculoskeletal System disease, based on diagnosis of health
personnel and symptoms, was 10.4% -17.7% and occurred in residents aged 65-74
years. Then based on work the most happens to farmers, fishermen and laborers. The
formulation of the problem in this study is to find out whether there is an effect of the
manual lift model on complaints of the musculoskletal system on workers in the
Gorontalo bulog warehouse. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of
the manual lift model on complaints of the musculoskeletal system on workers in the
Gorontalo Bulog warehouse.
The study was an analytical observational type with a Cross Sectional Study
approach. The sample collection uses a total sampling technique from the population
of all existing laborers in the Gorontalo Bulog, which amounts to 42 people. Data
analysis using the Exact Fisher Test Statistic test (�± 0.05).
Research Results At Gorontalo Bulog laborers there is a significant
influence with Exact Fisher Test value between load weight �� 0.031, lift frequency ��
0.036, lift method �� 0.024, and working time �� 0.017 to complaints of
musculoskeletal system. It is suggested that workers should not force themselves to
lift heavy burdens beyond their capacity, and should provide time to rest between
work hours so that the monotonous work done does not have an impact on decreasing
worker productivity.
