Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Uji kandungan bakteri Eschericia coli pada es campur yang dijual pedagang di Pasar Sentral Kota Gorontalo menegaskan terdapatnya cemaran bakteri. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah ada kandungan bakteri Eschericia coli pada minuman es campur yang dijual pedagang di Pasar Sentral Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan Bakteri Eschericia coli pada es campur yang dijual dipasar sentral kota gorontalo.
Desain Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriftif. Jumlah Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh pedagang es campur di Pasar Sentral Kota Gorontalo yaitu sebanyak 10 Es campur, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 10 Es campur ditentukan dengan teknik Grab Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Deskriftif dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel serta dijelaskan dalam bentuk narasi.
Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 Es Campur yang di uji diketahui 9 Es Campur yang diperiksa tidak memenuhi syarat kesehatan sesuai Permenkes RI No. 492/Menkes/PER/IV/2010 yaitu positif mengandung Eschericia coli dan 1 sampel negatif mengandung Eschericia coli dalam 100 ml sampel.
Kesimpulan dari Penelitian ini bahwa sebagian Es Campur posotif mengandung bakteri Eschericia coli. Dengan hal ini maka perlu pengawasan dari dinas terkait serta meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap bahaya Es campur yang telah tercemar bakteri.

ABSTRACT
Examination of the content of Eschericia coli bacteria in the iceblended by the street vendor at Pasar Sentral Gorontalo was confirmed that has bacterial contamination. The problem statement in this study is whether there are Eschericia coli bacteria on ice blended which is vended by street vendorin Pasar Sentral Gorontalo.
This descriptive design involved all ice blended vendors at the Pasar Sentral Gorontalo as the sample population. There was 10 ice blended, while a sample of 10 mixed ice was determined by the Grab Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and were presented in table form and explained in narrative form.
The results showed that 10 blended ice tested 9 blended ice known did not meet the health requirements based on the regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 492 / Menkes / PER / IV / 2010 concerning positive substances containing Eschericia coli and 1 negative sample containing Erythema coli in 100 ml samples.
The conclusion is that some mixed ice contains Eschericia coli bacteria. Therefore, it is important to monitor and also increase the public knowledge about hazards regarding the above topics.
