Unit Layanan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Diesel (ULPLTD) Telaga merupakan salah satu penyuplai energi listrik di area Kota Gorontalo, proses mekanis pembangkitan listrik menggunakan mesin diesel yang beroperasi selama 24 jam dengan skala mesin yang cukup besar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik di wilayah Kota Gorontalo, yang juga mempunyai resiko kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi bagi pekerjanya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan perilaku (pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan) pekerja dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di ULPLTD Telaga dan menganalisis hubungan penerapan program K3 (pengawasan, pelatihan dan promosi K3) dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja di ULPLTD Telaga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik yang menggunakan desain Cross Sectional , sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi Square.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian variabel (pengetahuan dan tindakan) memiliki nilai p > 0,05 sedangkan variabel sikap, pengawasan,pelatihan dan promosi K3 memiliki nilai p < 0,05.
Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) perilaku (sikap) berhubungan dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja, sedangkan pengetahuan dan tindakan pekerja tidak berhubungan dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja di ULPLTD Telaga. (2) program K3 (pengawasan, pelatihan dan promosi K3) berhubungan dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja di ULPLTD Telaga. Saran Supervisor hendaknya dapat memperhatikan sikap pekerja dan dapat menyelenggarakan pengawasan ketenagakerjaan, serta meningkatkan pelatihan dan promosi K3 di lingkungan kerja agar dapat meminimalisir resiko kecelakaan kerja di lingkungan ULPLTD Telaga Kota Gorontalo.

The Telaga Diesel Power Plant Service Unot is one of the supplies of electrical energy in the Gorontalo City area. The mechanical generation process uses a diesel engine that operates 24 hour with an engine scale large enough to meet electricity needs in the Gorontalo City area, which also has a high risk of work accidents for its workers.
This study aims to analyze the relationship between workersâ behavior (knowledge, attitudes and actions) with works accidents that occur in the Telaga Diesel Power Plant Service Unit and to analyze the relationship between the implementation of the OHS program (supervision, training and promotion of OHS) with the incidence of works accidents at Telaga Diesel Power Plant Service Unit. This research is an analytical study using a cross-sectional design with 40 people as a sample. The analysis used in this study is the univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square test.
Based on the research result, the variable of knowledge and actions has a p-value > 0.05, while the variable of OHS attitude, supervision, training and promotion variable has a p-value < 0.05.
The conclusions of this study are (1) behavior (attitude) is related to work accidents, while workersâ knowledge and actions are not related to work accidents at Telaga Diesel Power Plant Service Unit. (2) OHS program (supervision, training and promotion of OHS) is related to work accidents at Telaga Diesel Power Plant Service Unit. It is recommended that supervisior must be able to pay attentions to workersâ attitude and be able to carry out labor inspections and improve OHS training and promotion in the work environment to minimize the risk of work accidents in the Telaga Diesel Power Plant Service Unit environment in Gorontalo City.
