Fasilitas kesehatan secara umum tempat untuk menyelenggarakan upaya pelayanan kesehatan promotif, prefentif, kuratif dan rehabilitative. Inpres nomor 8 tahun 2017 tentang optimalisasi pelaksanaan program jaminan kesehatan nasional mengamanatkan kepada mentri kesehatan untuk menjamin ketersediaan obat dan alat kesehatan bagi peserta JKN, terutama obat esensial menjamin ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana serta sumber daya manusia pada fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan puskesmas oleh peserta BPJS kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Suwawa Tengah.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Variabel yang diteliti adalah pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan puskesmas. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 140 peserta BPJS Kesehatan yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Suwawa Tengah. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental sampling. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di Puskesmas Suwawa Tengah. Analisis data menggunakan uji univariat untuk mengetahui gambaran pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan puskesmas oleh peserta BPJS kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Suwawa Tengah.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 140 responden yang diteliti, yang tidak memanfaatkan fasilitas sarana kesehatan puskesmas sebanyak 83 responden (59.3%) dan yang memanfaatkan fasilitas sarana kesehatan Puskesmas sebanyak 57 responden (40.7%) sedangkan yang tidak memanfaatkan fasilitas prasarana kesehatan puskesmas sebanyak 76 responden (54.3%) dan yang memanfaatkan fasilitas prasarana kesehatan Puskesmas sebanyak 64 responden (47.5%). Saran diharapkan kepada pihak Puskesmas Suwawa Tengah untuk tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan fasilitas kesehatan yang ada sehingga pengguna BPJS Kesehatan tetap nyaman dalam memanfatkan fasilitas tersebut. Dan kepada masyarakat peserta BPJS Kesehatan diharapkan dapat berperan aktif agar tetap memanfaatkan Jaminan Kesehatan saat berobat.

In general, Healthfacility is a place to provode promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative health service efforts. The presidential instruction no.8 of 2017 concerning optimization of implementation of the national health insurance program has mandated minister of health to guarantee drugs and medical devices availability for members of National Health Insurance. Particularty the essential medicines, to guarantee facility and infrastructure availability anf human resource in the health facility. The objective of the research was to find out the description of the use of Puskesmas health facility by member BPJS Kesehatan (Health Care and Social Security Agency) at the working are of Puskesmas (Public Healt Center) Suwawa Tengah.
The research was classified as qualitative research, which applied descriptive design. The studied variable was the use of puskesmas health facility. The research samples were 140 members of BPJS Kesehatan at the working area of Puskesmas Suwawa Tengah. The samples were selected through using accidental sampling. The research site was in Puskesmas Suwawa Tengah. The data analysis applied univariate analysis to find out the description of the use of Puskesmas health facility by member of BPJS Kesehatan at the working area of Puskesmas (Public Health Center) Suwawa Tengah.
The research finding showed that out of 140 respondents, 83 respondents (59,3%) did not use the health facility of puskesmas, 57 respondents (40,7%) have used the healath facility of puskesmas whereas 76 repondents (54,3%) did not use the health infrastructure of puskesmas and 64 respondents (47.5%) have used the health infrastructure of puskesmas. As a suggestion, Puskesmas Suwawa Tengah should maintain and impove the health facility so that users of BPJS Kesehatan will remain comfortable in using it. Also, the community who are members of BPJS Kesehatan are expected to use the Health Insurance continuously when having treatment.
