Psikososial adalah suatu bahaya non fisik yang timbul karena adanya interkasi dari aspek-aspek job deskription, desain kerja dan organisasi serta manajemen di tempat kerja serta konteks lingkungan sosial yang berpotensi menimbulkan gangguan fisik, sosial, dan psikologis. Meskipun ketentuan mengenai kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja telah diatur sedemikian rupa, tetapi dalam praktiknya tidak seperti yang diharapkan. Rumusan masalah apakah faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan beban psikososial pada dinas tenaga kerja dan transmigrasi kabupaten gorontalo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan, ststus pernikahan dan masa kerja dengan beban psikososial.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Observasional analitik menggunakan Uji Chi-Square. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat pendidikan, status pernikahan, dan masa kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 responden lokasi dalam penelitian ini di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan analisis data Chi-Square.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tingkat pendidikan dan beban psikososial dengan nilai pvalue = 0,000

Psychosocial is a non-physical danger that arise due to the interaction of aspects of job description, work design and organization, management in the workplace, and the social environmental context that has the potential health and physical, social, and psychological disorders. Although occupational health and safety have been regulated in such a way, in practice, they are not as expected. The research problem is what are the factors correlated with thw psychosocial burden at Departement of Manpower and Transmigration of Gorotalo District. The research aims to find out the correlation between qualification, marital status, and work period with psychosocial burden.
This research is analytical observational research using Chi-Square test. The variables observed in this research are qualification, marital status, and work period. In addition, the research sample as much as 48 respondents, and the research site is at Departement of Menpower and Transmigration of Gorontalo District with the data analysis employs Chi-Square.
The research finding reveals qualification and psychosocial burden with the pvalue = 0,000 < ���± = 0,05, marital status and psychosocial burden with the pvalue = 0,001 < ���± = 0,05, and work period and psychosocial burden with the pvalue = 0,000 < ���± = 0,05.
In conclusion, there is a correlation between qualification, marital status, and work period with the psychosocial burden. It is expected that there are an improvement of knowledge, good relationships among employees, employee������s abilities and attitudes which are coutinuously and sustainable so that it can increase health and quality as well as able to minimize the oceurrence of psychosocial burden.
