Sri Devi Kartomi, 811415033, 2020. Pengaruh Pelatihan K3 dan Ketersediaan Fasilitas Keselamatan Terhadap Upaya Pencegahan Kecelakaan Kerja Oleh Pekerja Pelayanan Teknik di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Kwandang. Skripsi Program Studi S1 Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing 1 Dr. Sylva Flora Ninta Tarigan, S.H., M.Kes dan pembimbing II Sirajuddien Bialangi, S.KM, M.Kes Setiap proses produksi dalam suatu perusahaan tidaklah lepas dari segala bahaya resiko kecelakaan kerja terhadap para tenaga kerja. Maka dalam suatu perusahaan diperlukan pemberian pelatihan k3 serta penyediaan fasilitas keselamatan guna mengurangi dan mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Rumusan masalah bagaiman pengaruh pelatihan K3 dan ketersediaan fasilitas keselamatan terhadap upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja oleh pekerja pelayanan teknik di PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Kwandang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan K3 dan ketersediaan fasilitas keselamatan terhadap upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja di PT, PLN (Persero) ULP Kwandang. Jenis penelitian ini observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 53 orang, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga didapat 33 orang yang menjadi sampel. Analisis data menggunakan Non Parametrik Exact Fisher. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh pelatihan K3 p-value = 0,000 dan ketersediaan fasilitas keselamatan p-value = 0,000 terhadap upaya pencegahan kecelakan kerja oleh pekerja pelayanan teknik di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Kwandang. Perlunya bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan intensitas pelatihan K3 dan ketersediaan fasilitas keselamatan bagi para pekerja untuk lebih mencegah berbagai resiko dalam bekerja.

Every production process in a company is inseparable from any occupational accident risk and danger towards the workers. Therefore, a company needs to provide occupationl health and safety training as well as the safety facility in order to reduce and prevent the accident at work. The research problem is how the effect of occupational health and safety training and the availability of safety facility towards occupational accident prevention efforts by technical service staff at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP (Procurement Service Unit) of Kwandang is. It aims to find out the effect of occupational health and safety training and the availability of safety facility towards occupational accident prevention efforts by technical service staff at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP (Procurement Service Unit) of Kwandang.
The kind of research is analytical observational research with cross sectional approach. The population is 53 people. The sampling is conducted through purposive sampling to obtain 33 samples. The data analysis applies non-parametric Fisher's exact test.
The findings reveal that there is an effect of occupational health and safety training with p-value =0,000 and the availability of safety facility with p-value = 0,000 towards occupational accident prevention efforts by technical service staff at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP (Procurement Service Unit) of Kwandang. It is recommended that the company management improve the intensity of occupational health and safety training as well as the availability of safety facility to prevent the accident at work.
