Pemerintah Indonesia sudah menyatakan pandemik COVID-19 sebagai bencana nasional non alam. Akibat dari kebijakan ini, menimbulkan beberapa respon dari masyarakat, terutama stres dan kecemasan. Tujuan penelitian: untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan kecemasan dengan pelaksanaan vaksin COVID 19 pada masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dulupi.
Desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dulupi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 297 orang yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin dan teknik pengambilan sampel Cluster random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis secara univariate dan bivariate menggunakan uji chi square.
Hasil penelitian: sebagian besar responden berpengetahuan kurang (91,9%), mengalami kecemasan dengan tingkatan ringan (55,2%) dan tidak divaksin (82,5%). Hasil analisis pada pengetahuan dengan pelaksanaan vaksi mendapatkan ����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½������¯������¿������½ value sebesar 0,047, sedangkan pada kecemasan dengan pelaksanaan vaksi mendapatkan value sebesar 0,000.
Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan pengetahuan dan kecemasan dengan pelaksanaan vaksin covid-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo.

The Indonesian government has declared the COVID-19 pandemic a non-natural national disaster. As a result of this policy, it caused several responses from the community, especially stress and anxiety. The purpose of the study: to analyze the relationship between knowledge and anxiety with the implementation of the COVID 19 vaccine in the community in the Dulupi Health Center working area.
Analytical observational research design using a cross sectional approach. The population is the community in the work area of ������the Dulupi Health Center with a total sample of 297 people calculated by the slovin formula and the sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire which was then analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi square test.
The results of the study: most of the respondents had less knowledge (91.9%), experienced a mild level of anxiety (55.2%) and were not vaccinated (82.5%). The results of the analysis on knowledge with the implementation of the vaccine got a �¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½�� ���¯�� ���¿�� ���½ value of 0.047, while the anxiety with the implementation of the vaccine got a value of 0.000.
Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and anxiety with the implementation of the covid-19 vaccine in the work area of ������the Dulupi Health Center, Boalemo Regency.
