Abstrak
Laraswati Djubedi, NIM. 811 415 063,2020 Kepatuhan Pekerja Vendor Terhadap Pemakaian APD Sarung Tangan 20KV Pada Pekerjaan Pemeliharaan Jaringan di PT PLN (Persero) ULP Telaga Kota Gorontalo. Tempat kerja merupakan tiap ruangan atau lapangan terbuka atau tertutup, bergerak atau tetap dimana tenaga kerja bekerja, atau yang sering dimasuki tenaga kerja untuk keperluan suatu usaha dan dimana terdapat sumber-sumber berbahaya. Pengurus diwajibkan menyediakan secara Cuma-Cuma, semua Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang diwajibkan pada tenaga kerja yang berada di bawah pimpinannya dan menyediakan bagi setiap orang lain yang memasuki tempat kerja tersebut. Pada survei didapatkan bahwa masa kerja pekerja vendor bagian pemeliharaan jaringan khususnya kelistrikan di PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Telaga Gorontalo antara 4-5 tahun kerja, pada masa kerja tersebut tergolong lama dan dapat meningkatkan resiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini Bagaimana kepatuhan para pekerja vendor terhadap pemakaian sarung tangan 20kv di bagian pemeliharaan jaringan
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan cross sectional study Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pekerja di PT.PLN (persero) ULP Telaga Kota Gorontalo. Adapun jumlah total populasi pekerja yakni sebanyak 21 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode total sampling.
Hasil Penelitian dengan menggunakan uji chi-square mendapatkan hasil Probability Value (P-Value) variabel Pemahaman instruksi sebesar 0,046.Probability Value (P-Value) ini lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan nilai alpha yang digunakan (0,05) sehingga Ha1 diterima.
Simpulan bahwa pemahaman instruksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pekerja vendor terhadap pemakaian APD sarung tangan 20KV. Diharapkan terdapat tindakan perbaikan secara masih dalam mengatur disiplin pekerja di ULP Telaga.

The Obedience of Vendor Workers toward the Use of Gloves 20 KV as Personal Protective Equipment on Network Maintenance Work o at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Telaga, Gorontalo City. Study Program of Public Health, Faculty of Sport and Health, state University of Gorontalo. Workplace is each room or open or close field, moved or static when the workers work, or a place that is often entered by the workers for business matter and full of danger. The administrators must freely provide personal protective equipment for their workers and for other people who enter the workplace. Surveys have shown that the work period of vendor workers in the network maintenance division, particularry in the electricity field at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Telaga Gorontalo is between 4 or 5 years. The period of work is categorized long and can increase the risk of the work accident. The problem statement of this research is how the obedience of vendor workers toward the use of gloves 20KV as personal protective equipment on network maintenance work.
It was quantitative research using cross sectional study approach. The population is workers at PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Telaga, Gorontalo City, amounted to 21. The samples were determined by total sampling technique.
Findings trough chi square test obtained the probability value (P-value) of the understanding of the instruction variable was 0,046. This value is lower than the alpha of 0,05, hance the Ha1 was accepted.
It can be conclauded that the understanding of instruction singnificantly influenced the obedience of vendor workers to use gloves 20 KV as personal protective equipment. It is expected that the improvement can be conducted in order to rule the worker���s discioline at ULP Telaga
