Kelelahan kerja merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, faktor yang memegang peranan penting yang dapat menyebabkan kelelahan kerja yaitu iklim kerja yang melebihi Nilai Ambang Batas (NAB) yang diperkenankan dapat menimbulkan penyakit akibat kerja dan kecelakaan kerja yang berdampak pada menurunnya produktivitas kerja.Rumusan masalah penelitian yaitu bagaimana hubungan iklim kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada operator SPBU di Kota Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada operator SPBU di Kota Gorontalo.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif denganpendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh operator di 8 SPBU di Kota Gorontalo yang sejumlah 107 orang. Pengambilan sampel ini dengan metode Purposive sampling sejumlah68 orang operator di 5 SPBU di Kota Gorontalo.Uji statistic menggunakan analisis Exact Fisher
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Iklim Kerja berdasarkan Suhu Udara dan Kelembaban berpengaruh terhadap Kelelahan Kerja dengan nilai p value = 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut 0,05.Simpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan Iklim Kerja berdasarkan Suhu Udara dan Kelembaban dengan Kelelahan Kerja dan tidak terdapat hubungan Iklim Kerja berdasarkan Kecepatan Gerakan Udara dengan Kelelahan Kerja, di sarankan bagi operator menggunakan seragam atau baju yang dapat menyerap keringat, perludisediakan air minumkarena terdapat banyak pekerja yang mengalami haus pada saatbekerja dan menerapkan jam istirahat bagi operator

Work fatigue is one type of issues in occupational health and safety. Factor which plays an important role and may cause work fatigue is a work climate that exceeds threshold limit value as required due to it can cause occupational diseases and occupational accident which impact on the decline of work productivity. Problem statement of this research was how the relation of work climate with work fatigue at Gas Station operator in Gorontalo City. The objective of the research was to find out the relation of work climate with work fatigue at Gas Station operator in Gorontalo City.
The research was conducted by using a quantitative method with cross sectional study approach. Population in this research was all 107 operators at 8 Gas Stations in Gorontalo City. The samples were retrieved by Purposive sampling, which obtained 68 operators in 5 Gas Stations in Gorontalo City. The statistical test applied Exact Fisher analysis.
The finding of research showed that the work climate based on the Air Temperature and Humidity affected the work fatigue with p value = 0,000 where the value was < 0,05, and work climate based on Wind Speed did not affect work fatigue with p value = 0,765 where the value was > 0,05. In conclusion, based on the air temperature and humidity, there was a relation of work climate with work fatigue and based on the wind speed, and there was no relation between work climate with work fatigue. It was recommended that the operator should wear a uniform or sweat-absorbing clothes, drinking water should be provided too due to lots of workers were thirsty during working and applying time off for the operators.
