Risiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja merupakan kombinasi dari kemungkinan terjadinya kejadian berbahaya atau paparan dengan keparahan dari cedera atau gangguan kesehatan yang disebabkan oleh kejadian atau paparan tersebut. Rumusan masalah adalah Apa saja sumber bahaya, apa saja risiko dari sumber bahaya dan Bagaimana tingkat risiko dari setiap sumber bahaya yang ditemukan dengan metode Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) di Pelabuhan Gorontalo. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk menganalisis risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berdasarkan metode (HAZOP) di Pelabuhan Gorontalo.
Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, berdasarkan metode HAZOP, Identifikasi sumber bahaya, potensi bahaya dan penilaian risiko. Informan penelitian yaitu Manager, Supervisor K3 dan Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat (TKBM). Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pelabuhan Gorontalo.
Hasil penelitian menemukan: (1) Terdapat 35 sumber bahaya yang ada di Pelabuhan Gorontalo. (2) risiko dari sumber bahaya yang ada di Pelabuhan Gorontalo antara lain: tertimpa material, tertimpa semen, tertimpa petikemas, kejatuhan material, kajatuhan semen, kejatuhan petikemas, terjepit semen, debu, tumpahan oli dan genangan air. (3) berdasarkan penilaian level risiko, di dermaga satu terdapat tiga sumber bahaya yang tergolong â�Å"ekstrimâ�Â, lima sumber bahaya yang tergolong â�Å"tinggiâ�Â, dan tiga sumber bahaya yang tergolong â�Å"rendahâ�Â, di dermaga dua terdapat tiga sumber bahaya yang tergolong â�Å"ekstrimâ�Â, lima sumber bahaya yang tergolong â�Å"tinggiâ�Â, dan tiga sumber bahaya yang tergolong â�Å"rendahâ�Â, dan di dermaga tiga terdapat sebelas sumber bahaya yang tergolong â�Å"ekstrimâ�Â, dan dua sumber bahaya yang tergolong â�Å"rendahâ�Â. Diharapkan kepada Supervisor K3 dapat melanjutkan hasil identifikasi sumber bahaya dan dapat meminimalisir risiko dari sumber bahaya yang ada di Pelabuhan Gorontalo.

The safety risk and work health are the combination of the possibility of dangerous incidents or the exposure with severe injury rate or the health disorder caused by the incident or the exposure. The problem statements of this research state what the danger saurces are, what the risk or the danger saurce are, and how the risk rate of each danger source found by hazard and operability study (HAZOP) in Pont of Gorontalo is it aims at analyzing the safety and health work risk based on HAZOP Method in Port of Gorontalo.
This research applies a Qualitative Descriptive method Based on Hazop Method, it identifies the source of danger, Potential of danger, and risk assessment. The informant of this research are the Manager. The techniques of data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. This research has been conducted in Port og Gorontalo.
Findings reveal that: (1) there are 35 sources of danger in Port of Gorontalo; (2) the risk of the source of danger are crushed by materials, cement, and containers, fall of materials, cement and containers, pinched by cement, and exposed to dust, oil spill and puddle; and (3) based on the risk rate assessment, at the First Dock, there are there sources of danger categorizing extreme. Five sources are categorized high, and two are categorized low. At the second Dock, three sources of danger are categorized exteme, five sources are categorized high, and three are categorized low. At the Third Dock, Eleven sources of danger are categorized extreme, and two sources are categorized low. It is expected to the work safety and health supervisor to continue the result of identification on the sources of danger in order to minimize the risk in Port of Gorontalo.
