Abstrak
Salah satu bentuk upaya pemerintah untuk menekan pertumbuhan penduduk dan angka kematian ibu adalah Program Keluarga Berencana (KB). Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup akseptor KB Implan adalah dukungan suami dan gaya hidup. Rumusan masalah yaitu apakah ada hubungan dukungan suami dan gaya hidup dengan kualitas hidup akseptor KB Implan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan dukungan suami dan gaya hidup dengan kualitas hidup akseptor KB Implan.
Penelitian ini adalah metode observasi deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dan gaya hidup dengan kualitas hidup akseptor KB Implan. Uji statistik menggunakan uji chi-square. Sampel yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan populasi akseptor KB Implan yaitu 32 orang di Desa Tolotio.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan dukungan suami dengan kualitas hidup akseptor kb implant p value=0,040 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari ����¯�¿�½'=0,05, dan untuk gaya hidup dengan kualitas hidup akseptor kb implant p value=0,034 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari ����¯�¿�½'=0,05.
Simpulan bahwa ada hubungan dukungan suami dengan kaulitas hidup dan ada hubungan gaya hidup dengan kualitas hidup akseptor kb implant di Desa Tolotio. Disarankan kepada aparatur desa dapat meningkatkan kinerja serta memberikan informasi pada pengguna akseptor KB dan calon pengguna KB Implant tentang kontrasepsi.

The Principal Supervisor is Dr. Sunarto Kadir, Drs., M.Kes and the co-supervisor is Dr. Sylfa Flora N Tarigan, S.H., M.Kes. Department of Public Health, Faculty of Sport and Health, State University of Gorontalo.
One of the government���s efforts in reducing population growth and maternal mortality rate is the Family Planning (KB) Program. Several factors affecting the quality of life of implant KB acceptors are husband���s support and lifestyle. The research question is whether there is a correlation between husband���s support and lifestyle and the quality og life of implant KB acceptors. The research aims to describe the correlation between husband���s support and lifestyle and the quality of life of implant KB acceptors.
The research employed a descriptive observational method and cross sectional approach to determine the correlation between the husband���s support and lifestyle and the quality of life of implant KB acceptors. The statistical test used was chi-square test. The sample was the entire implant KB acceptors amounting to 32 respondents in Tolotio Village.
The results showed that there was a correlation between husband���s support and the quality of life of implant KB acceptors where the p value = 0.040 which was smaller than �'=0.05, and there was a correlation between lifestyle and the quality of life of implant KB acceptors where the p value = 0.034 which was lower than �'=0.05.
The conclusion is that there is a correlation between the husband���s support and lifestyle and the quality of life of implant KB acceptors in Tolotio Village. It is recommended to village officials to improve their performance and to provide more information about contraception to the implant KB acceptors and prospective implant KB acceptors.
