Angka kecelakaan kerja yang setiap tahun terus meningkat PT PLN (Persero) terus menekan tingkat kecelakaan kerja di internal perusahaan, bahkan pada tahun 2023 PLN menargetkan tidak ada lagi kecelakaan kerja (Zero Accident) yang menimpa para pekerjanya. PT. PLN (Persero) tak segan-segaan untuk menghentikan pekerjanya jika ada tenaga kerja yang tidak memakai alat pelindung diri yang lengkap saat bekerja. Rumusan masalah yakni Bagaimana implementasi sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan produktivitas kerja di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Telaga Kota Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui implementasi sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan produktivitas kerja di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Telaga Kota Gorontalo.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara, dengan cara mengeksplorasi sumber-sumber informasi yakni mengenai implementasi sitem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan produktivitas kerja. Sampel adalah pekerja di ULP Telaga Kota Gorontalo, jumlah sampel sebanyak 8 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan wawancara. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Penelitian dilakukan November-Desember 2019 di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Telaga Kota Gorontalo.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SMK3 belum sepenuhnya terlaksana. Alasan belum diterapknnya SMK3 secara keseluruhan adalah karena baru dibentuk dan personilnya baru ditetapkan. Sedangkan produktivitas kerja di ULP Telaga ini balum sesuai standar,
Kesimpulan penelitian ini yakni belum efektifnya implementasi sistem manajemen keselamatan kesehatan kerja dan produktivitas kerja, dari 8 informan hanya 3 informan yang mengetahui SMK3. Sebaiknya Perlu diadakan penyuluhan dan pembinaan tentang SMK3.

A continuous increase of occupational accident statistics on a yearly base has caused PT PLN (Persero) to reduce the accident rate in the company, and even the company targeting to have zero accident encountered by its employees in 2023. PT. PLN (Persero) does not hasitate to lay off the workers if they do not wear any complete personal protective equipment during working. Problem statement of this research was the implementation of occupational safety and health management system and work productivity at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Telaga, Gorontalo City.
The research was qualitative research with observation and interview methods, by exploring sources of information, namely things related to the implementation of occupational safety and health management system and work productivity. They samples were 8 workers at ULP Telaga, Gorontalo City. The research was conducted in November-December 2019 at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Telaga, Gorontalo City.
The finding of research showed that the Occupational Safety and Health Management System has not entirely implemented due to it was just established, and the personnel were just being appointed too. Meanwhile, the work productivity at ULP Telaga was not yet in accordance with the standard.
In conclusion , the implementation of occupational safety and health management system and work productivity was not effective yes as out of 8 informants, only 3of them have known the system. Thus, it was recommended to conduct counseling and guidance concerning the system.
