Nana Mardiana H, 811416008. 2020. Hubungan Tekanan Panas dan Tekanan Darah dengan Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja pada Industri Pandai Besi di Kelurahan Padebuolo. Skripsi, Pembimbing I Dr. Hj. Produktivitas yang tinggi hanya dapat dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja dengan kondisi kesehatan prima dan salah satu faktor fisik yang dapat menurunkan produktivitas tenaga kerja yaitu tekanan panas yang melebihi Nilai Ambang Batas (NAB). Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini apakah ada hubungan tekanan panas dan tekanan darah dengan produktivitas tenaga kerja pada industri pandai besi di Kelurahan Padebuolo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tekanan panas dan tekanan darah dengan produktivitas tenaga kerja pada industri pandai besi di Kelurahan Padebuolo.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh pekerja pandai besi di Kelurahan Padebuolo berjumlah 35 orang dan sampel 32 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman.
Hasil uji korelasi Rank Spearman antara tekanan panas dengan produktivitas diperoleh nilai p value 0,000 < ����¯�¿�½������± 0,05 berarti ada hubungan antara tekanan panas dengan produktivitas dengan nilai (r) -0,705. Nilai (r) menunjukkan korelasi yang kuat dengan arah hubungan negatif. Hasil analisis antara tekanan darah dengan produktivitas diperoleh nilai p value 0,000 < ����¯�¿�½������± 0,05 berarti ada hubungan antara tekanan darah dengan produktivitas dengan nilai (r) -0,729. Nilai (r) menunjukkan korelasi yang kuat dengan arah hubungan negatif. Simpulan terdapat hubungan tekanan panas dan tekanan darah dengan produktivitas. Disarankan untuk pekerja pandai besi melakukan tindakan pencegahan, rutin memeriksakan tekanan darah secara berkala. Untuk pemilik pandai besi hendaknya menyediakan kipas angin untuk mengurangi paparan panas di tempat kerja.

High productivity can only be performed by workers with a prime heath condition. One of the physical factors that can reduce productivity is heat pressure that exceeds the threshold. The research problem is whether or not there is correlation between the heat pressure and blood pressure with workers����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½������¯������¿������½����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½���¯���¿���½ productivity at blacksmith industry in Padebuolo Village. It aims to find out the correlation between the heat pressure and blood pressure with workers����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½������¯������¿������½����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½���¯���¿���½ productivity at blacksmith industry in Padebuolo Village.
This is analytical observational research with cross sectional approach. The population is 35 blacksmiths in Padebuolo Village and 32 samples determined through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis is conducted through univariate and bivariate analysis, applying Spearman����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½������¯������¿������½����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½���¯���¿���½s rank correlation test.
The result of Spearman����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½������¯������¿������½����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½���¯���¿���½s rank correlation test reveals: heat pressure and productivity obtains p value of 0,000 < ����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± 0,05, meaning that there is a correlation between heat pressure and productivity with (r) value of -0,705. (R) value shows a strong correlation with negative correlation.
The analysis result between blood pressure and productivity obtains p value of 0,000 < ����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± 0,05, meaning that there is a correlation between blood pressure and productivity with (r) value of -0,729. (R) value shows a strong correlation with negative correlation. The conclusion is there is a correlation between heat pressure and blood pressure with workers����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½������¯������¿������½����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½���¯���¿���½ productivity. It is recommended that the blacksmith do preventive measure and check blood pressure regularly. In addition, the owner of the workshop should provide a fan to reduce heat exposure at the working place.
