Faktor yang dapat menyebabkan seseorang menderita anemia salah satunya kepatuhan dalam mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah, patuh dan tidaknya seseorang dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa sebab seperti, kurangnya pengetahuan, efek yang ditimbulkan setelah mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah seperti pusing, mual bahkan muntah. Rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimanakah kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu hamil berdasarkan umur, durasi, pekerjaan dan dukungan keluarga di Puskesmas Ilangata Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui kepatuhan mengkonsumsi TTD pada ibu hamil berdasarkan umur, durasi, pekerjaan dan dukungan keluarga di Puskesmas Ilangata. .
Penelitian deskriptif dengan desain penelitian analisis kuantitatif. Populasi yaitu ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ilangata dan sampel 42 ibu hamil berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan menggunakan uji statistik univariat.
Hasil penelitian berdasarkan umur yang tidak patuh paling banyak pada usia 22-27 tahun yaitu 13 ibu (76,5%) dan yang patuh paling banyak usia 16-21 Tahun yaitu 4 ibu (40,0%). Berdasarkan durasi yang tidak patuh paling banyak memiliki durasi tidak baik sebanyak 22 ibu dan yang patuh paling banyak memiliki durasi baik yaitu 12 ibu. Berdasarkan pekerjan yang paling banyak yaitu, tidak bekerja yang tidak patuh sebanyak 19 ibu (70,4%) dan patuh sebanyak 8 ibu (29,6%). Berdasarkan dukungan keluarga paling banyak yaitu dukungan keluarga rendah yang tidak patuh 27 ibu (96,4%) dan patuh 1 ibu (3,6%), dukungan keluarga tinggi yang patuh 11 ibu (78,6%) dan tidak patuh 3 ibu (21,4%).
Bagi puskesmas disarankan memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya tablet tambah darah di masa kehamilan agar dapat memenuhi asupan zat besi juga dapat menekan angka kejadian anemia.

Identification of Obedience to Consume Blood-Added Tablets on Pregnant Women Based on Age, Duration, Occupation, and Family Support at Puskesmas (Public Health Center) Ilangata of Gorontalo Utara District. The Principal Supervisor is Dr. Sunarto Kadir, Drs., M.Kes, and the Co-supervisor is Dr. Laksmyn Kadir, S.Pd., M.Kes. Department of Public Health, Faculty of Sports and Health, State University of Gorontalo.
One of the factors that can cause someone to suffer from anemia is obedience in consuming blood-added tablets. The obedience can be affected by several reasons such as lack of knowledge, while the side effects after taking blood-added tablets are dizziness, nausea, and even vomiting. The research problem is how the obedience to consume blood-added tablets on pregnant women based on age, duration, occupation and family support at Puskesmas Ilangata of Gorontalo Utara District. Therefore, the research aims at finding out the obedience to consume blood-added tablets on pregnant women based on age, duration, occupation and family support at Puskesmas Ilangata of Gorontalo Utara District.
It applies descriptive research with quantitative analysis research design. The population of this research is pregnant women at the working area of Puskesmas Ilangata, and the samples are 42 pregnant women based on the inclusion criteria and employ a univariate statistical test.
The research finding based on age reveals that disobedience mostly at the age from 22 to 27 years which are 13 pregnant women (76,5%), and obedience mostly at the age from 16 to21 years which are 4 pregnant women (40,0%). Based on the duration, disobedience mostly has a terrible duration as much as 22 pregnant women and obedience mostly have a good duration as much as 12 pregnant women. Based on the occupation, the disobedience mostly are unemployment as much as 19 pregnant women (70,4%) and obedience as much as 8 pregnant women (29,6%). Based on the family support, 27 pregnant women (96,4%) are identified to have low family support and disobediene, 1 pregnant women (3,6%) is identified to have obedience, 11 pregnant women (78,6%) are identified to have high family support and obedience and 3 pregnant women (21,4%) are identified to have disobedience.
The Puskesmas (Public Health Center) is suggested to provide education about the importance of blood-added tablets during pregnancy to meet the iron intake and also reduce the prevalence of anemia.
