Abstrak
Miarni Harun, 811416021. 2020. Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Antenatal Care (ANC) Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sipatana Kota Gorontalo. Skripsi, Pembimbing I Dr. Hj. Herlina Jusuf, Dra., M.Kes dan Pembimbing II Dr. Sylva Flora Ninta Tarigan, SH., M.Kes. Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
Upaya pemerintah dalam menurunkan AKI adalah dengan melaksanakan safe motherhood. Salah satu pilar safe motherhood adalah antenatal care. Antenatal care adalah pemeriksaan kehamilan yang dilakukan dalam memeriksa keadaan ibu juga janin secara teratur diikuti dengan upaya terhadap penyimpangan yang sudah ditemukan. Indikator keberhasilan program antenatal care adalah cakupan K1 dan K4. Cakupan K1 dan K4 di Puskesmas Sipatan pada bulan Desember 2019 yaitu K1 79,2%, dan K4 yaitu 75,4%
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei analitik dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil dengan usia kehamilan trimester III yaitu 7,8,9 yaitu 115 ibu hamil dan sampel 89 ibu hamil. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square.
Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis uji chi-square diperoleh variabel yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan antenatal care di Puskesmas Sipatana Kota Gorontalo adalah pendidikan (p=0,010), pengetahuan (p=0,002), dukungan keluarga (p=0,000), dan pelayanan bidan (=0,007).
Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan pendidikan, pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga, dan pelayanan bidan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan antenatal care di Puskesmas Sipatana Kota Gorontalo. Diharapkan bagi bidan yang ada di Puskesmas Sipatana untuk memberikan penyuluhan atau konseling kepada ibu hamil agar mereka lebih memahami dan memanfaatkan pelayanan antenatal care di Puskesmas Sipatana.

The government������s effort to reduce Maternal Mortality Rate is by conducting safe motherhood. One of its pillars is antenatal care. antenatal care is a pregnancy examination performed to check maternal and the fetus������s condition regulary and followed by effort towards the identified deviation. The success indicator of the antenatal care program is the ccope of K1 and K4. The scope of both K1 and K4 at Puskesmas (Public Health Center) Sipatana in December 2019 was 79,2% and 75,4% respectively.
This was analytical survey research, wich applied a cross sectional design. The population in this research was 115 pregnant women with gestational age in the third trimester, namely month 7,8,9, while the samples were 89 of them. The technique of data analysis used Chi-square test.
The finding of research using Chi-square test analysis found that the variables wich were associated with the use of antenatal care services at Puskesmas Sipatana of Gorontalo City were education (p = 0,010), Knowledge (p = 0,002), family support (p= 0,000), and midwife service (p = 0,007).
In conclusion, there was a correlation of education, knowledge, family support, and midwife service with the use of antenatal care service at Puskesmas Sipatana of Gorontalo City. It was suggested that the midwife at Puskesmas Sipatana should give counseling to pregnant women in order to make them batter understand and use antenatal care service at Puskesmas Sipatana.
