Pos pelayanan terpadu (Posyandu) merupakan suatu bentuk keterpaduan pelayanan kesehatan yang dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas. Keberlangsungan kegiatan ini sangat bergantung pada partisipasi aktif dari kader posyandu sebagai pelaksana utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keaktifan kader posyandu dan hubungan karakteristik kader terhadap keaktifan kader posyandu. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Botupingge Kabupaten Bone Bolango pada bulan Juni-Juli 2020.
Jenis penelitian menggunakan survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi adalah kader Posyandu yang terdaftar dalam data pelaksana kegiatan posyandu diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Botupingge Kabupaten Bone Bolango yang berjumlah 60 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen menggunakan uji chi-square.
Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis uji chi-square diperoleh vaiabel yang berhubungan dan tidak berhubungan dengan keaktifan kader posyandu diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Botupigge adalah Motivasi (=0,005), Insentif (=0,035), dukungan keluarga (=0,352), keterampilan (=0,002), dan pengetahuan (=0,002).
Simpulan adalah terdapat hubungan motivasi, insentif, keterampilan dan pengetahuan dengan keaktifan kader Puskesmas Botupingge, dan tidak ada hubungan variabel dukungan keluarga dengan keaktifan kader posyandu Puskesmas Botupingge. Diharapkan bagi kader posyandu perlu mengintegrasikan kegiatan posyandu dengan kegiatan masyarakat lainnya. Serta dapat mengikuti pelatihan agar meningkatkan pengetahuan dan informasi tentang posyandu.

Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu of Integrated Service Post) is a form of health services integrstion performed at working area of Puskesmas (Public Health Service). This activity highly depends on active participation of posyandu cadre as the primary implementer. The research objective was to find out activeness level of posyandy cadre and correlation of cadre characteristic on activeness of posyandu cadre. It was conducted at working area of Puskesmas Botupingge, Bone Bolango District, fro June to July 2020.
The research employed analytical surveys research with cross sectional study approach. The research population was 60 Posyandu cadres registered in data of implementer for posyandu activity at working area of Puskesmas Botupingge, Bone Bolango District. Meanwhile, research samples were determined by using total sampling. Research data were collected through questionnaires. Then, analysis for correlation between independent and dependent variabels applied chi-square test.
Finding of research using chi-square test analysis found variabels that correlated and did not correlate with activeness of posyandu cadre at working area of Puskesmas Botupingge, which were motivation (=0,005), Incentive (=0,035), family support (=0,352), skill (=0,002), dan knowledge (=0,002).
To conclude, there was a correlation of motivation, incentive, skill, and knowledge with activeness of cadre at Puskesmas Botupingge, while variabel of family support did not correlate with activeness of Posyandu cadre at Puskesmas Botupingge. As a suggestion, Posyandu cadre is expected to integrate posyandu activity with other community activities and attend training to improve the knowledge and information abaot Posyandu.
