Yumna Binti Abud Alamri, 811416037. 2020. Kesiapan Penerapan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Daerah (SIKDA) Generik Puskesmas Di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Daerah (SIKDA) Generik merupakan aplikasi sistem informasi yang dilengkapi dengan basis data yang penggunaannya diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas informasi kesehatan seluruh Puskesmas di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Rumusan Masalah bagaimana sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana dalam kesiapan penerapan SIKDA Generik Puskesmas di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana dalam kesiapan penerapan SIKDA Generik Puskesmas di Kabupaten Gorontalo.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah operator yang akan menjalankan SIKDA Generik sejumlah 48 orang pada 10 Puskesmas di Kabupaten Gorontalo.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dari 48 responden tingkat pengetahuan baik yaitu sebanyak 31 responden (64,6%), pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 14 responden (29,2%) dan pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 3 responden (6,2%). Pelatihan diketahui bahwa dari 48 responden pelatihan baik yaitu sebanyak 12 responden (25,0%), dan pelatihan kurang sebanyak 36 responden (75,0%). Dan berdasarkan sarana dan prasarana diketahui bahwa dari 10 Puskesmas ditinjau dari aspek sarana dan prasarana yang memadai yaitu sebanyak 2 Puskesmas (20,0%) sedangkan kategori kurang memadai sebanyak 8 Puskesmas (80,0%).
Simpulan kesiapan penerapan SIKDA Generik responden yang memiliki pengetahuan baik lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup dan pengetahuan kurang. Untuk pelatihan yang memiliki pelatihan kurang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan pelatihan baik dan sarana prasarana SIKDA Generik dari 10 Puskesmas sarana dan prasarana yang memadai sebanyak 2 Puskesmas sedangkan kurang memadai sebanyak 8 Puskesmas. Saran bagi Dinas Kesehatan agar dapat meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dari segi pelatihan serta melengkapi sarana prasarana dalam penerapan SIKDA Generik.

Generic Regional Health Information System is an application of information systems equipped with a database in which the us is expected to help improve the quality of health information at all public health centers in Gorontalo Districh. The research problem is how the human resources as well as the facilities and infractructures in the readiness of Generic SIKDA (Health Information System) implementation at the Public Health Center in Gorontalo District are. Therefore, the research aims at finding out the human resources as well as the facilities and infractructures in the readiness of Generic SIKDA (Regional Health Information System) implementation at the Public Health Center in Gorontalo Districh.
The research applies a descriptive research method, while the subject is the operator who will operate Generic Regional Health Information System, which amounted to 48 people at ten Puskesmas (Public Health Center) in Gorontalo Districh.
The finding obtains that out of 48 respondent there are 31 respondent (64,6) have good knowledge, 14 respondent (29,0%) have sufficient knowledge, and 3 respondent (6,2%) have less knowledge. Moreover, in the training aspect, out of 48 respondent, there are 12 respondent (25,0%) have good training, and 36 respondent (75,0%) have less training. Meanwhile, based of facilities and infrastructure, it is found that out of 10 Puskesmas (Public Health Center), there are 2 Public Health Center (20,0%) that have edequate facilities and infrastructure and 8 Public Health Center (80,0%) have inadequate facilities and infrastructure.
The research concludes that the amount of respondent who have good knowledge are higher than those who have sufficient and less knowledge. In the aspect of training, the number of respondent who have less training is higher than those who have good training, while base on the facilities and infrastructure of Generic SIKDA out of 10 Puskesmas (Public Health Center), there are 2 Public Health Center that have edequate facilities and infrastructure and 8 Public Health Center have inadequate facilities and infrastructure. It is suggested to the Health Department to improve human resources in terms of training and complete the facilities and infrastructures in the implementation of SIKDA Generic.
