Abstrak

Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis, yang dapat menyerang berbagai organ, terutama paru-paru. Tuberkulosis merupakan 10 penyebab kematian tertinggi di dunia dan kematian tuberkulosis secara global diperkirakan 1,3 juta pasien. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah faktor risiko yang menyebabkan kejadian Tb Paru di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kabila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian Tb Paru di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kabila.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan desain case control. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 50 Orang terdiri dari sampel kasus sebanyak 25 Orang dan kontrol sebanyak 25 Orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dan odds ratio.
Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis uji chi-square dan odds ratio tingkat pengetahuan (p = 0,007; OR = 5,688; 95%CI = 1,510-21,424), perilaku kesehatan (p = 0,000; OR = 10,286; 95%CI = 2,768-38,215), status gizi (p = 0,047; OR = 0,314; 95%CI = 0,098-1,001).
Kesimpulan yaitu tingkat pengetahuan, perilaku kesehatan dan status gizi merupakan faktor risiko kejadian Tb Paru di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas. Adapun saran untuk puskesmas, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan upaya promotif dan preventif serta bekerjasama dengan aparat desa untuk mengajak masyarakat melakukan Perilaku Hidup Bersih Dan Sehat.

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria, which can attack various organs, especially the lungs. Tuberculosis is the top 10 cause of death in the world, and the death of tuberculosis globally is estimated at 1,3 million patients. The research problem is what are the risk factors causing the incident of pulmonary tuberculosis in the Working Area of Puskesmas Kabila. The research aims at finding out the risk factors of pulmonary tuberculosis incident in the Working Area of Puskesmas Kabila.
The research is observational research with a case-control design. Moreover, the samples of this research are 50 people that consist of case samples as much as 25 people and control as much as 25 people. At the same time, the sampling technique employs purposive sampling, and the data analysis applies a chi-square test and odds ratio.
Findings by applying chi-square test and odds ratio analysis for knowledge level (p = 0,007; OR = 5,688; 95%CI = 1,510-21,424), healthy behavior (p = 0,000; OR = 10,286; 95%CI = 2,768-38,215), nutritional status (p = 0,047; OR = 0,314; 95%CI = 0,098-1,001).
In conclusion, knowledge level, healthy behavior, and nutritional status are the risk factors of pulmonary tuberculosis incident in the Working Area of Puskesmas Kabila. Moreover, the public health center (Puskesmas) is expected can increase their promotive and preventive efforts as well as cooperate with village apparatus so encourage the community to adopt a Clean and Healthy Life Behavior.
