Abstrak
Doni Suyono, 811416047. 2020. Utilisasi Teknologi (Smartphone) Dan Akses Internet Pada Peningkatan Penggunaan Mobile JKN (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional) Di BPJS Kesehatan Bone Bolango. Skripsi, Pembimbing I Dr. Lintje Boekoesoe, M.Kes dan Pembimbing II Dr. Sylva Flora Ninta Tarigan, SH., M.Kes. Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
Mobile JKN adalah kemudahan dalam mendapatkan pelayanan di fasilitas kesehatan (Faskes). Aplikasi Mobile JKN tidak hanya untuk peserta juga penduduk yang belum menjadi peserta. Rumusan Masalah Bagaimana Utilisasi Teknologi (Smartphone) dan Akses Internet pada peningkatan penggunaan Mobile JKN di BPJS Kesehatan Bone Bolango. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Utilisasi Teknologi (Smartphone) dan Akses Internet pada peningkatan penggunaan Mobile JKN di BPJS Kesehatan Bone Bolango.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi mobile JKN sebanyak 90 responden.
Hasil penelitian berdasarkan utilisasi teknologi (smartphone) diperoleh bahwa dari 90 responden terdapat 84 responden yang memiliki kategori rendah yaitu sebanyak 84 orang (93,3%) dan kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 6 orang (6,7%). Dan berdasarkan akses internet diketahui bahwa dari keseluruhan responden yang menggunakan akses internet pada peningkatan penggunaan Mobile JKN memiliki kategori tinggi yakni sebanyak 90 orang (100%).
Simpulan Utilisasi Teknologi (Smartphone) dan Akses Internet Pada Peningkatan Penggunaan Mobile JKN responden yang memiliki utilisasi teknologi (smartphone) rendah lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan yang memiliki kategori tinggi dan untuk akses internet seluruh responden termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Saran bagi BPJS Kesehatan agar dapat meningkatkan promosi dalam pengenalan dan penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN sehingga masyarakat dapat mengerti serta memanfaatkannya.

Mobile JKN is an app that facilitates whether its member or not to access certain services in the health facility. problem statement of this research is how the utilization of Smarthphone and Internet Access in Increace of Mobile JKN (National Health Insurance) Use at BPJS Kesehatan (Healthcare and Social Security Agency) of Bone Bolango. the research aims to find out the utilization of Smartphone and Internet Access in increase of Mobile JKN (National Health Insurance) Use at BPJS Kesehatan of Bone Bolango.
This is descriptive research which involves 90 users of mobile JKN app as the sampels.
The research findings reveal that 84 respondents or 93,3% indicate a low category of utilization of mobile JKN while the rest 6 respondents, or 6,7%, indicate a high category of utilization of mobile JKN. Meanwhile, in regard to internet access, the entire respondents or 100% indicate an increase in the utilization of mobile JKN.
In conclusion, the utilization of Smarthphone and internet access in increace of mobile JKN use is dominated by respondents who have a low category in using the app. In the meantime, the whole respondents are classified into high category in relation to internet access. As a suggestion, BPJS Kesehatan should improve the promotion in introducing the mobile JKN app along with its guideline so that the community may comprehend and utilize it.
