Abstrak
Ajiria, Nur, Ropik, 811416048, 2020. Pemenuhan Bahan Makanan Pokok Masyarakat Pelosok Melalui Program Kios Akses Pangan Di Desa Tabongo Kecamatan Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo. Ketahanan pangan menjadi permasalahan pokok, seiring dengan jumlah penduduk. Akses pangan subsistem kedua dalam ketahanan pangan. tidak memiliki akses pangan maka ketahanan pangan tidak akan tercapai. Rumusan masalah bagaimana dampak program kios akses pangan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pangan pokok untuk masyarakat pelosok di Desa Tabongo Kecamatan Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo. Tujuan penelitian melihat terpenuhinya bahan makanan pokok masyarakat pelosok melalui program kios akses pangan di Desa Tabongo Kecamatan Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo.
Jenis penelitian kualitatif, menggali informasi mendalam dari tiap-tiap informan mengenai pemenuhan bahan makanan pokok masyarakat pelosok melalui program kios akses. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian mengacu pada tahapan yang dijelaskan oleh Miles dan Huberman.
Hasil penelitian program ini sangat membantu masyarakat dalam mengakses pangan terutama masyarakat kurang mampu, evaluasi program berjalan baik karena setiap bulannya barang selalu terperbaharui dan bertambah namun kendalanya pada pembukuan, minimnya pengetahuan mengenai manajemen keuangan/barang keluar dan masuk. Pemenuhan bahan makanan pokok sudah sesuai dengan harapan, kualitas dan harga bahan pangan sama dengan harga pasar. Akses pangan lebih mudah, sangat membantu masyarakat miskinserta jaraknya semakin dekat.
Simpulan akses pangan Desa Tabongo melalui program kios akses pangan berdampak baik terutam masyarakat pelosok. Saran agar mengadakan pelatihan manajemen pembukuan barang dagangan yang berkembang.

Food security is a primary issue along with the number of population. The second subsystem food access is in food security. having no access to food, food security will not be achieved. The formulation of the problem of how the impact of the food access kios program can meet basic food needs for remote communities in Tabongo Village, Dulupi District, Boalemo Regency. The research objective was to see the fulfillment of staple foodstuffs in remote communities through the food access kiosk program in Tabongo Village, Dulupi District, Boalemo Regency.
This type of qualitative research, digging in-depth information from each informant regarding the fulfillment of staple foodstuffs of remote communities through the kiosk access program. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of research data refers to the stages described by Miles and Huberman.
The research results of this program are very helpful for the community in accessing food, especially the poor, the program evaluation is going well because every month the goods are always updated and added, but the obstacles are in bookkeeping, the lack of knowledge about financial management / goods in and out. The fulfillment of staple foodstuffs is in accordance with expectations, the quality and price of foodstuffs is the same as the market price. Easier access to food is very helpful for the poor and the distance is getting closer.
In conclusion, access to food in Tabongo Village through Kios akses pangan has a favorable effect on remote communities. It is advisable that the goverment should organize training of developed goods bookkeeoing management.
