Dermatitis merupakan peradangan pada kulit yang bersifat akut, subakut atau kronis dan dipengaruhi banyak faktor. Rumusan masalah apakah ada hubungan lama kerja, masa kerja, penggunaan APD dan lama penyemprotan pestisida terhadap keluhan Dermatitis pada petani sawah di Desa Lupoyo Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei analitik dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua masyarakat petani sawah yaitu 230 petani sawah dan sampel 92 petani sawah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square.
Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis uji chi-square diperoleh variabel yang berhubungan dengan lama kerja, masa kerja, penggunaan APD dan lama penyemprotan pestisida terhadap keluhan dermatitis pada petani sawah di Desa Lupoyo Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo adalah lama kerja (���=0,026), masa kerja (���=0,021), penggunaan APD (���=0,003), dan lama penyemprotan pestisida (���=0,002). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan lama kerja, masa kerja, lama penyemprotan pestisida, dan penggunaan APD terhadap keluhan Dermatitis pada petani sawah di Desa Lupoyo Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo. Diharapkan kepada puskesmas dan aparat desa lupoyo sebaiknya meningkatkan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat maupun kepada semua kelompok petani yang belum dan sudah terkena dermatitis agar menjaga kebersihan diri dengan selalu menggunakan APD agar terhindar dari bahaya yang timbul akibat terpapar bahan kimia.

Dermatitis is a skin inflammation that is acute, subacute, or chronic and is influenced by many factors. The problem statement is whether there is a relationship between the length of work, workperiod, the use of APD (Personal Protective Equipment), and pesticide spraying duration on dermatitis complaints of the rice farmers in Lupoyo Village, Telaga Biru Sub-district, Gorontalo District.
The type of research used is an analytical survey using a cross-sectional design. The population of this study is all rice farming community which is 230 farmers, and the samples are 92 rice farmers. The data analysis technique uses the chi-square test.
The result of the research using the chi-square test analysis shows the variable that is related to the length of work, work period, the use of APD, and pesticides spraying duration on Dermatitis Complaints of the rice farmers in Lupoyo Village, Telaga Biru Sub-district, Gorontalo District are the length of work (��=0,026), work period (��=0,021), the use of APD (��-0,003), and Pesticides Spraying Duration (��=0,002). The research conclusion id there is a relationship between length of work, work period, the use of APD, and pesticide spraying duration on dermatitis complaints of the rice farmers in Lupoyo Village, Telaga Biru Sub-district, Gorontalo District. It is expected that Puskesmas (Community Health Centre) and village officials of Lupoyo village to increase the socializaton to the community or to all farmer groups who have not and after being exposed to dermatitis to maintain personal hygiene by always using APD to avoid the danger that arises from chemicals expusure.
