Abstrak
Air Susu Ibu adalah cairan hasil sekresi kelenjar payudara ibu, sebagai makanan utama yang memiliki kandungan gizi tinggi untuk bayi yang diberikan oleh ibu selama 6 bulan setelah kelahiran secara eksklusif yaitu tanpa tambahan makanan lainnya dan dilanjutkan selama 2 tahun dengan makanan tambahan. Rumusan masalah apakah ada pengaruh karakteristik ibu, pelaksanaan IMD, dukungan keluarga dan dukungan petugas kesehatan terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik ibu, pelaksanaan IMD, dukungan keluarga dan dukungan petugas kesehatan terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif.
Jenis penelitian Kuantitatif dengan rancangan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh bayi yang berumur 7-11 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Talaga Jaya Tahun 2020, penentuan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling dengan 168 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Logistik.
Hasil pengaruh pendidikan ibu terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif diperoleh nilai p value 0,000. Pengaruh pekerjaan ibu terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif diperoleh nilai p value 0,000. Pengaruh Pelaksanaan IMD terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif diperoleh nilai p value 0,000. Pengaruh Dukungan Keluarga terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif diperoleh nilai p value 0,000. Pengaruh Dukungan Petugas Kesehatan terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif diperoleh nilai p value 0,998.
Simpulan bahwa pendidikan ibu, pekerjaan ibu, pelaksanaan IMD, dukungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif, dan dukungan petugas kesehatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Talaga Jaya. Saran kepada anggota keluarga agar ikut berpartisipasi dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan cara memberikan dukungan selama ibu menyusui sampa 6 bulan.

Breast Milk is a type of liquid from product of mammary gland secretion where it is a nutrient-dense food breastfed by mothers exclusively for six months after the birth, or it is without supplementary food at all yet to be continued for two years with supplementary food. Problem statement of this study is whether or not there is an influence of mothers' characteristics, Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (EIB), family support, and health worker support on Exclusive Breastfeeding. The aim of this study is to find out the influence of mothers' characteristics, EIB, family support, and health worker support on Exclusive Breastfeeding.
This present study is a quantitative study that uses a cross-sectional design. The populations in this study are all infants aged 7-11 months at working area of Puskesmas (Public Health Center) Talaga Jaya in 2020, whereas the samples are 168 respondents who are determined through accidental sampling. The data analysis employs Logistic Regression.
The finding reveals that the influence of mothers' education on the Exclusive Breastfeeding is indicated by p value for 0,000, the influence for mothers' occupation on the Exclusive Breastfeeding is indicated by p value for 0,000, the influence of EIB on the Exclusive Breastfeeding is indicated by p value for 0,000, the influence of family support on the Exclusive Breastfeeding is indicated by p value for 0,000, and the influence of health worker support on the Exclusive Breastfeeding is indicated by p value for 0,998.
To conclude, the mothers' education, mothers' occupation, EIB, and family support influence the Exclusive Breastfeeding while the health worker support does not influence the Exclusive Breastfeeding at working area of Puskesmas Talaga Jaya. It is recommended that the family member should participate in the Exclusive Breastfeeding by supporting breastfeeding mothers until six months.
