Abstrak
Cindrawati R. Mursidi, 811417066, 2021. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) Di Puskesmas Kota Barat Menggunakan Metode PIECES. Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
Manajemen puskesmas jika dilakukan secara manual akan mengakibatkan proses pelayanan membutuhkan waktu yang lama sehingga butuh pengelolaan secara elektronik, salah satunya menggunakan SIMPUS atau e-Puskesmas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan SIMPUS di Puskesmas Kota Barat menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, Service).
Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Observasional Deskriptif. Populasi yaitu semua tenaga kesehatan yang berjumlah 29 orang dan teknik sampel yang digunakan total sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan selanjutnya dinarasikan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aspek dengan kategori baik yaitu performance (51.7%), information (55.2%), dan service (55.2). Sedangkan aspek penerapan dengan kategori kurang baik yaitu economics (51.7%), control (72.4%), dan efficiency (55.2%). Secara umum penerapan SIMPUS di Puskesmas Kota Barat menggunakan metode PIECES termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik.
Disarankan bagi pihak Puskesmas Kota Barat agar dapat menerapkan SIMPUS sesuai dengan keputusan menteri kesehatan No. 128/Menkes/SK/II/2014 tentang kebijakan dasar pusat kesehatan masyarakat.

Public health center (puskesinas) management, if done manually, will result in a service process that takes a long time, so it needs electronic management, one of which is using SIMPUS or e-Puskesmas. The research aims to identify the application of SIMPUS at Puskesmas Kota Barat using the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, Service) method.
This is a descriptive observational study in which the population is health workers amounted to 29 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling, so the numbers of samples are all the population. At the same time, the data collection technique applies a questionnaire, while the data are analyzed descriptively and then narrated.
Finding denotes that the application of aspects of performance (51.7o ñ), information (55.2oñ), and service (55.2o�) are in a good category. \hereas the application of aspects of economics (51.7%), control (72.4%), and efficiency (55.2) are in the less good category. Overall, the application of SIMPUS at Puskesmas Kota Barat using the PIECES method is in the less good category.
As a recommendation, Puskesmas Kota Barat is suggested to apply SIMPUS in accordance with the decree of the minister of health Number. 128/Menkes/SR�II/2014 concerning the basic policy of public health centers.
