Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
Petugas kesehatan sangat berperan penting dalam alur pelayanan dokumen rekam medis. Oleh karena itu, petugas harus memiliki kinerja baik agar tidak mengalami masalah pada alur pelayanan dokumen rekam medis. Dalam hal ini missfile dokumen rekam medis juga dapat menyebabkan masalah pada alur pelayanan. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini apakah ada hubungan kinerja petugas kesehatan dengan kejadian missfile dokumen rekam medis di Puskesmas Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan kinerja petugas kesehatan dengan kejadian missfile dokumen rekam medis di Puskesmas Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo.
Jenis penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Populasi adalah seluruh petugas kesehatan yang berjumlah 35 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 responden paling banyak responden berada pada kelompok umur 23-31 tahun 46,7%, berjenis kelamin perempuan 80,0% dan laki-laki 20,0%, pendidikan terakhir sarjana 50,0%, petugas di unit pelayanan rawat jalan 53,3%, masa kerja < 5 tahun 63,3% dan Ãยข�¥ 5 tahun 36,7%, dengan kinerja petugas kesehatan paling banyak pada kategori baik 63,3% dan tidak melakukan missfile dokumen rekam medis 53,3%. Terdapat hubungan antara kinerja petugas kesehatan dengan kejadian missfile dokumen rekam medis di Puskesmas Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo (p value = 0,029).
Disarankan bagi pihak puskesmas lebih meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kinerja petugas kesehatan khususnya dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai petugas rekam medis agar menjaga dan menyimpan dengan baik dokumen rekam medis.

Health workers play an important role in the flow of medical record document services. Therefore, officers must have good performance to avoid problems in the flow of medical record document services. In this case, the missfile of medical record documents will become a problem in the service flow. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether or not there is a relationship between the performance of health workers and the incident of missfile medical record documents at the Tilango Public Health Center, Gorontalo District. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the performance of health workers and the incident of missfile medical record documents at the Tilango Public Health Center, Gorontalo District.
The research was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional study design. The population in this research was 35 health workers, and sampling obtained 30 people by using purposive sampling. The data were collected from the guestionnaire and then will be analyzed by using chi-sguare test.
The results showed that most of the 30 respondents were in the age group of 23-31 years amount to 46.7%, which included 80.0% female and 20.0% male. It consists of 50.0% of bachelor degrees, 53.3% of officers in the outpatient service unit, 53.3% people who have experience of services
