Abstrak
Imunisasi merupakan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kekebalan seseorang yang secara aktif terhadap suatu antigen, sehingga kelak ia terpajan pada antigen yang serupa serta tidak akan terjadi penyakit. Data Riskesdas Indonesia tahun 2018, menunjukan cakupan IDL pada anak usia 12-23 bulan mencapai 57,9%, imunisasi tidak lengkap sebesar 32,9%. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yakni apakah faktor yang mempengaruhi kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada anak usia 12 bulan di wilayah kerja puskesmas bulango utara?. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada anak usia 12 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bulango Utara.
Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan desain Cross Sectional Study. Total sampel 80 responden yang ada saat penelitian. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Chi-Square.
Berdasarkan analisis data Uji Chi-Square yaitu tingkat pengetahuan ibu p-value = 0,003 < 0,05, pekerjaan ibu p-value = 0,000 < 0,05, sikap ibu p-value = 0,002 < 0,05, dukungan keluarga p-value = 0,001 < 0,05, dan jarak pelayanan kesehatan p-value = 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga lima faktor tersebut menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh terhadap kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada anak usia 12 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bulango Utara.

Immunization is a way to actively increase a people�s immunity to an antigen so that later they will be fine when getting exposed to similar antigens and can prevent getting infected from a disease. Data from Rikesdas Indonesia in 2018 show that IDL (Complete Basic Immunization) coverage for children aged 12-23 months is 57.9%, and incomplete immunization is 32.9%. the problem statement of this research is â�Å"what are the factors that influence the complete basic immunization in children aged 12 months old in the working area of Puskesmas of Bulango Utara?â�Â. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the complete basic immunization in children aged 12 months old in the working area of Puskesmas of Bulango Utara.
This is a descriptive study using a Cross Sectional Study design. There are 80 respondents in this study. The research instrument uses questionnaire, interview, and documentation, in which the data analysis technique applies to the Chi-Square Test.
Based on the data analysis of the Chi-Square Test, the mother�s knowledge level is p-value = 0.003 < 0.05, mother�s occupation is p-value = 0.000 < 0.05, mother�s attitude is p-value = 0.002 < 0.05, family support is p-value = 0.001 < 0.05, and distance to health services is p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. So that these five factors indicate that is an influence on the complete basic immunization in children aged 12 months old in the working area of Puskesmas of Bulango Utara
