Abstrak

Analisis Tingkat Kesiapan Pengguna dalam Menerapkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) dengan Metode Technology Readiness Index (TRI) di Puskesmas Lemito. Skripsi. Pembimbing I Dr. Sylva Flora Ninta Tarigan, SH., M.Kes dan Pembimbing II Ramly Abudi, S.Psi., M.Kes. Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
SIMPUS dibuat untuk dapat memudahkan pekerjaan yang ada dipuskesmas mulai dari pendaftaran sampai penebusan obat di Apotik, tetapi di Puskesmas Lemito belum menerapkan SIMPUS dengan maksimal karena masih ada beberapa masalah yaitu, kurangnya pemahaman dalam menggunakan sistem, merasa ribet dan rumit untuk menggunakan sistem, kurangnya motivasi kerja dalam menggunakan sistem, ada perasaan tidak aman saat menggunakan sistem, dan masih ada rasa ketidaknyamaan dalam menggunakan sistem, sehingga mereka masih melakukan pekerjaan dan pelayanan Puskesmas secara manual.
Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pengguna SIMPUS berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling Jenuh. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Technology Readiness Index.
Hasil penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahuti tingkat kesiapan pengguna dalam menerapkan SIMPUS dengan menggunakan metode Technology Readiness Index. Dari hasil perhitungan, diperoleh kriteria Optimis (0,8527), inovatif (0,7349), ketidaknyamanan (0,6611), ketidakamanan (0,5982). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari 20 pegawai pengguna SIMPUS didapatkan hasil dari tingkat kesiapan pengguna adalah 2,8468, yang artinya tingkat kesiapan pengguna SIMPUS masih dalam ketegori Rendah.

SIMPUS was made to facilitate the work in the health center starting from registration to drug redemption at the pharmacy, but at the Lemito health center it has not implemented SIMPUS optimally because there are still several problems, namely lack of understanding in using the system, feeling complicated and complicated to use the system, lack of work motivation in using the system. using the system, there is a feeling of insecurity when using the system, and there is still a sense of discomfort in using the system, so they still do the work and services of the Puskesmas manually.
This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all SIMPUS user employees who found 20 people. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. The research instrument used questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used the Technology Readiness Index method.
The results of this study were conducted to determine the level of user readiness in implementing SIMPUS using the Technology Readiness Index method. From the calculation results, obtained criteria Optimistic (0.8527), innovative (0.7349), knowledge (0.6611), insecurity (0.5982). Results Based on the calculations of 20 SIMPUS user employees, the results of the user readiness level were 2.8468, meaning that the SIMPUS user readiness level was still at a low level.
